Dunkin' — Restaurant in Merrimack

BEWARE OF THIS WOMAN/EMPLOYEE!!!!! She is extremely threatening. If you've been here you know how this parking lot is. She became absolutely enraged while driving behind me. Ran through a stop sign, drove in front of my moving vehicle IN THE DRIVE THRU, to get out of her car and start screaming obscenities at me while I was trying to order my coffee!!! Turns out SHE WORKS THERE. Seriously how stupid can you be!!! I've never had a Dunkin Donuts employee scream at me in the parking lot AND THEN go inside of the store ..AND CONTINIE TO SCREAM OBSCENITIES AT ME through the drive-thru. Lisa the manager? (No one had a nametag on) did nothing but roll her eyes at me, she refused to remedy the situation right there, did not attempt to calm her erratic shouting employee , or answer any of my questions on how I can remedy this, nor did she even apologize!! I really hope that the franchise owner finds a way to contact me. Because I will never be returning to this...

If I could give 0 stars, I definitely would. Every interaction & visit I have had at this dunkin’ donuts has been the absolute WORST. They always get my food order wrong, and when I ask them for the correct one, they come at me with such nasty attitude. If you really hate your job, then quit. Why work here if you’re going to treat your customers horrible. I got my croissant FREEZING cold on the inside. I went in to get a new one that isn’t frozen, and the old lady named Jennifer, always has the worst attitude told me that it comes like that or that it’ll be burnt. Every dunkin’ donuts I have been to, the croissant was NEVER like that. It’s warm & melted on the inside. I then proceeded to tell her that my food has never been like this & she said “well then just leave, go away, I don’t have time for you.” How do you even say that to a customer? Ok so I have been coming to this Dunks for at least 2 weeks now everyday I come inside and I realize that I have a some what complicated coffee but after 2 weeks of making it Why am I still getting it made wrong. I get a LG Iced Pistachio with 9 sugars melted 11 MILK and 2 turbo shots. UP until today the problem I was having with it was that she wasn't melting my sugar TODAY my sugar was NOT melted and she put cream in it instead of MILK!!! Like honestly it is not that hard to make coffee especially when it's all written on the cup for you. I have worked at 7 dunks my whole life and This woman who works the counter When I get there is a. heavy set older woman dark hair and glasses I am assuming she opens.
