Fat Willy's Sossaman & Baseline — Restaurant in Mesa

Saturday morning went there for breakfast sat at a table outside nearest the door. Only one other table at that time outside being served. The older waitress serving everyone completely ignored us, to the point where the bartender had to come out after about 15 minutes and wait on us because she noticed that we hadn't been waited on yet. After we got our food almost 45 minutes later we never got a refill on our coffee or any other service afterwards. In fact we waited for an additional 25 minutes for someone to pick up our dirty plates and bring us a bill.. All of which never happened. We finally walked into the bar to pay but the bartender was far too busy cutting up fruit to wait on us. We eventually got her attention and got her to take our money so that we could get on with our day. Would I come back here to eat, absolutely not, nor would I recommend anybody who isn't a regular at the golf course or buying pitchers of beer and Bloody Marys to come here either. Very click.. very unwelcoming and unfriendly staff and made us feel as if we didn't belong. The only person there that seem to be the best was a gentleman who served us our food named Corey...he is an excellent worker and could work circles around any of those people there. Do better...

Went on burger Monday. Place was packed. We managed to snag one of the last tables outside. From past experience at some other restaurants our table of 8 expected slow service and a long wait for food. This was NOT the case here! Our server was very prompt and attentive, and the food arrived surprisingly fast. Since the pandemic, our group of 8 golfers try different restaurants every Monday evening. Arrived at the place in within 2 minutes the waitress came over gave us the menu and served our drinks. We sat there a good 5 maybe 8 minutes and not once did she return to take our orders. She saw her sitting there and not sure why she did not come over again or any other. I even had direct eye contact with a waiter than once.
