Firehouse Subs Lindsay Groves — Restaurant in Mesa

Shame on this location. Especially for the weekend manager or teamlead bree who claims to be in charge. Today is Saturday December 17th 2022 and it's my 6 yr olds bday party today at 2pm.

We called Monday to place our catering order which they didn't write down correctly, called Wednesday to confirm and they had written down 1 platter with the wrong ingredients.

Fixed it to the 2 premium platters we had originally ordered only for us to call today the day of the party to be told our order has been canceled and they refuse to give us a reason by a rude manager by the name of bree who was extremely rude and is continuing to harass my family members through text message. When I called back after bree hung up ok me they hung up on me and my family members over 10 times. This is discrimination against my special needs child and extremely unprofessional, we have reached out to corporate about this issue and await a response. She ruined my child's birthday party. Wow. There was no reason for this. It was completely uncalled for.

UPDATE: JUST SPOKE WITH THE FRANCHISE OWNER "WENDY GRIFFIN" AT THE SCOTTSDALE LOCATION WHO THREATENED TO DELETE MY FAMILIES REVIEWS AND STILL DIDNT RESOLVE THE ISSUE OF MY PLATTERS BEING CANCELLED. I am in love with Firehouse Subs. From the moment I walked in, my experience was perfect. Smiling faces were seen everywhere across the restaurant. As I was placing my order, the cashier acted like she wanted to make sure I was completely satisfied with my order. Don't even get me started on when I got my food in only about 8 minutes. As I grabbed my dine in tray, my sub was the perfect mix between hot, steamy meat + cheese and cold, fresh vegetables. As I took my first bite, the flavors melted on my tongue and I was filled with a rush of colorful tastes. Each bite gave me a new perspective on what a sandwich should be. As I took a bite of my sub sandwich, I noticed bottles of sauce by the register. When I asked a worker what it is, they responded and told me it was their signature Sorenson's sauce. I asked for some and they gave me packets. As I dipped my sandwich into the sauce and took a bite, I was at an all time high. Each bite was perfect and left me craving more. As I was driving home, I was almost a danger on the road because of how distracted I was from thinking about my sandwich. This place doesn't even deserve a star. It's been a long time since I've had firehouse, so it just so happened i realized as they pulled our bread from the toaster I wanted all cold not toasted. I let them know and apologized and stated I forgot, At that same time I guess some big order came in over the phone and immediately the attitudes came out from the manager and sandwich makers about having to correct my order. Keep in mind they had NOT even started making the sandwiches they only toasted the bread. After waiting probably 15 minutes the girl in charge says to me we went ahead and made these for u this time but next time we will have to charge you for 2 more sandwiches. Again!!!!! They didn't even start making the sandwiches yet when I told them I wanted all cold. And furthermore as I waited that 15 min for my food I got to watch one of the employees making sandwiches and his stomach was touching all of the food everytime he was putting toppings on so I will not be returning to this firehouse subs because that's absolutely disgusting who wants a sandwich that someone's stomach and shirt is touching or rubbing against poor service and rude...
