I received a call voicemail staying to call back do to delay in delivery over 3 hours.
I called and spoke with the assistant manager who refused to give me her name. 1.13.21 7pm.
She stated because only one deliver driver I could not get my order for 3 hour an hour within closing around 10 pm for a order placed at 6:50. Or i could come pickup or cancel. No apology for inconvenience at all.
I canceled order. Manager then stated once she cancels she couldn't help me anymore and I could take up with my card if not received.
I attempted to ask for name an some sort of email or cancelation otherv then verbal since ordered on app assumed email or app would update nothing recieved an supervisor refused to give name or assist any further and hung up on me.
I attempted to call back an get same information and sane person got online an refused to assist provide name an threatened to call cops on me if I called again to try and get name and some sort of cancellation confirmation.
I called complain line after this and rep dis confirm some sort of email shoukd be sent to confirm or app to confirm cancel but i got neither.
The pizza sucks already. To go thru this for 18 bucks is crazy.
Save your money go somewhere else where they require there employees to treat there customers with professionalism an common courtesy. You can get cardboard...
Read moreI used their app to order. Its a terrible app with more security checks than fort knox. Requested curbside pickup, gave the make, model and color of my vehicle. Drove to the Hut and parked. They only have 3 parking spots so its not difficult for them to locate customers and all 3 spots position customers headlights right through the front glass at that location. I sat, and sat, and sat. My phone nearly ran out of power so I plugged in the cord and sat and sat. My husband texted me several times making sure everything was okay since I am disabled and I explained Id been there 45 minutes but only one pizza came through the door.He volunteerred to come see what the problem was but told him Pizza hut has my phone number and email and would contact me if there was a problem. I sat and sat. Soon my husband arrived, worried. Id been there just short of an hour and seen just one other customer and 3 employees. I watched them hand him a pizza. They'd told him it had been ready for 45 minutes no explanation, not concerned they didnt do their jobs. 3 staff, one pizza, one car outside matching description displayed on their computer, yet the 3 of them just couldnt quite figure out what to do....perhaps it had something to do with the only other open store nearby, right next store is...

I ordered pizza tonight to my surprise it was delivered by an unknown adult male and teen who knocked on my door saying it was dropped at their place and wanted to know if it was really even mine- so it was NOT a delivery driver! I called to complain as I was in shock not only did the ppl bring my food but they had the receipt with my name, number and address listed. I called and the female manager showed absolutely NO compassion to the fight I got. I Told her that there was no way that I could tell if my food was tainted, not to mention this unknown person now had my phone number and her response sorry you got scared I’ll talk to the driver and you have a nice night- in the driest not caring voice I’ve ever heard!
