If I could give this place a zero i would!! So my fiance and I went through the drive thru.. We went ahead and placed an order and had coupon to go with it. When we got to the window, we had a question on the coupon. Because apparently you had to buy a drink to go with the food. That was okay, then when we asked how much the drink was The worker said it would be 5$ for a drink. My fiance made a comment that it was really expensive for a drink.. Immediately after the worker responded with "I'm not gonna serve you" and shut the window in our face!.. We were really hungry and looking forward to getting our food. So through the window we said what's going on, your not going to give us our food? She responded with" no I'm not, you need to move out of the drive thru your blocking it..".. we were like seriously? Then when we said that the she said she was calling the cops on us...is all we did was say that was really expensive for a drink..? She shuts the window and gets on the phone and says she's calling the police... At this point in time we ask for our coupons back and we leave We go to another Jack in the box to place our order and the drink was only $3.75 which made sense. I called the first location to get the name of the person that was on shift when they finally answered. I asked them about the worker and if there was a manager there. They said there was "no manager"and then I told them We were the ones to the drive through and we wanted corporate's phone number or a phone number We can contact. They hung up on me. I kept calling them back to back to back for about thirty minutes and a kept ignoring me or picking up and hanging up on me.. This whole situation could have been avoided and it's ridiculous that we had somebody threatened to call the police on us and we did not even break the law, raise our voice. Or say anything that was out out of line!!! It was just because we were questioning The price on the drink which in the end was wrong and she was in fact upcharging us!! and the way that they behaved after was totally unprofessional and rude, they refuse service because we asked a question and that's not okay! Please jack in a box train your employees to be respectful to your customers! The following day we called and spoke with another shift leader and were told the lady on duty that night was named Ana. she was rude and totally out of line! Refusing to give her name that night saying there was no manager on duty .. because she was a shift leader not manager she knew exactly what i was asking.. she was wearing a burgundy shirt so I thought she was a manager but apparently she was a shift leader.. horrible!!! I will never go to this location agien my experience was horrendous.. but it's important that I file a complaint to document this incident and so you can at least let ana know it's NOT OK to treat anyone like this and should be held accountable as well and taught how to treat guests.. ridiculous!! Oh and also that night at the window we asked for corporates number she gave us a number yes but it was a automated customer satisfaction service! Come on now.. Read moreIf I could give zero stars I would. I cannot believe the experience I had tonight. The young lady who was working 10/11 at around 6:40pm at the drive thru had such a horrible attitude. Firstly she showed zero emotion or didn’t care about customer service what so ever. Then we were asked to pull into spot 2 which took 15 minutes to get our food. She then comes out and gives our food but doesn’t say a word to us. Gives us our bags and just walks away. Not only did she walk away but didn’t bring our drinks to which my fiancé had to go back in and ask if they were being brought out or what? Which okay I see forgetting drinks whatever I’ve done it before. But not once did we get an apology. Also when my fiancé went inside, two of the young ladies behind the counter was laughing at his footwear? Like children really??? I cannot believe how she and the staff were acting towards us. Read moreOrdered thru the drive thru. Went to pay at the first window. The guy just stood there, i figured he was doing some thing. So i waited. And wsited. And waited. I waved at him. He glanced at me then ignored me. I said "hello" he glanced at me, but still in no way at all. I waited another minute and said, loud enough for him to hear me, "do i pay at this window or the next one. He slams the window open and yells. Yes yells. "I'm taking am order calm down! Jesus!" Really? Something that could have been dealt with with a simple nod of the head and a pointer finger in the air to dignify "1 minute please." But no, he had to snap at me like an indignant child. His name was Luis i believe. I would have done the survey but the receipt said tiffany, and she was perfectly nice. Maybe he was having a bad day. Maybe he was new. I dont know.
