Well they just lost a good and loyal customer!!! I had a good review, I do like their food. Bad service and said I’d have to pay for a new burrito that they made wrong!! Their menu online on their own site has wrong information on it. This is the second time we have went to order something and they say o yeah our menu online is wrong and we don’t have that. When you get there they tell you it’s wrong and they don’t have that type of burrito. I wanted the super breakfast burrito but I guess that doesn’t exist. Either way even the regular breakfast burrito is supposed to come with potatoes inside of it and mine did not have any. The lady refused to acknowledge that there was no potatoes in my burrito basically calling me a liar. Again, said I’d have to pay for a new one even thought THEY didn’t put potatoes in my breakfast burrito!! Unbelievable I’d really like to talk to the owner cause I liked this place but there’s a lot of things that need to be fixed. You're only hurting yourselves and your business the longer you keep a wrong menu on your site and as long as you blame customers for you mistakes and accuse them of lying when they say there are no potatoes on their burrito and refuse to remake it the...

I was a regular here for a month until I ordered food at 9pm ( an hour before they close) I showed up to pick my food up - they were all closed up basically ( if you want to close at 9pm those should be your hours - you don't just close an hour early! ) I show up and she sees it's me, a regular, and she said " oh noo" knowing they didn't even cook my food. I got home to all raw cheese in cold tortillas- I absolutely could not believe it. I wanted to go in and raise hell the next day but it just seems like too much effort. I will never return here again unless my entire meal is re made and done right. Absolutely disgusting. I ordered cheese enchiladas and a cheese quesadilla and churros - NOTHING was cooked. We ordered two breakfast burritos to go. When we arrived at the counter we waited for 5 minutes before they even acknowledged us. When they asked the name of our order and we told them, all they told us was 'not ready yet'. Very poor customer service. As we were waiting for our food I saw a large dead cockroach under one of the tables...gross. When we picked up our food and ate it, we discovered that the paper was wrapped into the burritos. We had to completely unwrap the burritos to get the paper out of the burrito. The burritos were very okay. I've had similar quality burritos at Filiburto's, and that's saying something because I typically don't like chains. These burritos were definitely not worth the price. Very overpriced.
