Krazy Sub — Restaurant in Mesa

Nothing pleasant about my experience...from odering off the wrong menu on Google to the finished sub and bad customer service from the owner of this company!!! I'm in no way impressed with our experience... I have never ordered from a food establishment where the price was completely off by several dollars when I arrived to pick up my order...not very good business to have such drastically different prices on the Google business menu to the current up to date menu at there location...I paid $27.00 and some change for 2/12" subs and 1/6" sub...all being poor quality for the very heavy price tag...on a side note, when contacted by the owner, he acted as if I were being dishonest... Smh!!! I sent him the requested link to exactly where Google sent me in my search not only so he could be aware of his incorrect company information...but also I felt as if I was being asked to provide proof to him as if I were making this all up!! Save yourself the hassle of waisting...

Two weeks ago I went to order two meals with macaroni and potato salad on the side. I was serviced by a tall blonde male and average height blond female(both young). While filling drinks up to go I thought I overheard the male say something suspicious. When I got home my suspicions were proven correct when I checked my bag and was missing both the salads. I had overheard the male say "she won't notice" while I was filling my drinks up. They had stiffled me out of what I had ordered on purpose. I cannot believe I was disserviced not only in being lied to, but the fact that I tipped $10 for them to split at register and they still felt the need to purposefully lie to me and essentially cheat me out of what I ordered is theft. I'll take my money elsewhere to...

As busy Healthcare professionals we kindly sent someone in WITH a hand written list of our order (5 sandwiches) and shockingly the order was STILL WRONG and we were missing a sandwich. When I finally was able to step away from work I went in only to be told by the cashier that I would be charged for the sandwich we weren’t given to begin with. The sandwiches I was given were missing multiple ingredients. Terrible experience and terrible customer services. Cashier was extremely unprofessional and argumentative and reluctant to help find a solution. IF I COULD GIVE ZERO...
