Unfortunately, I’m forced by my insurance to use this company for my CPAP machine and supplies if I want to use a local company. Long story short, the short supply tube for my 1.5 month old mask broke and because it’s out of their 30 day window they can’t do anything. Why? Because they only sell full masks and not OEM replacement parts and “can’t even get them” despite the parts being readily available online. My guess is because they can’t pocket as much insurance money if they sell the parts necessary to repair and maintain the products that they sell. In any case, I have a new tube on order from an online supplier and will be sleeping with an electrical taped up mask tube until it arrives so I can remain “compliant”. I like to work with local brick and mortar business whenever possible but will be having all of my prescriptions transferred to an online supplier who actually provides legitimate post purchase support.

Banner Healthcare formerly Good Samaritan. Prudent move taking Good Samaritan out of your name. You hVe a vast parking lot at your Germann rd. Facility and typically that lot is empty. However, Banner took upon themselves to call the police on a homeless person sleeping in their car in one of those empty parking slots. That person has a job, and is trying to save up for an apartment. That person is also very sick. It is nice to see that Banner healthcare a $7.8 billion company doesn't care about those in the community to help. Just call the cops and move the undesirable, homeless along like you would a feral animal. Not very good Samaritans at banner. Treating humans in this manner.

One star is too good for this place. It takes 3 calls, with 3 different non customer service employees, to get anywhere. Management is non existent.

Been calling for a reorder on my C-PAP supplies for over 3 weeks. I can’t get a real person on the phone. Here’s what happens. You call the number that they give you to call. Then you choose option 2 which is the correct one. Then you sit on hold for an hour or so until they hang up on you. Today something new happened. After sitting on hold for 40 minutes I choose the call back option. They claim they will call back in 24 hours. Well it didn’t take 24 hours. In fact it only took 10 minutes. So a machine calls me back in 10 minutes and puts me on hold saying I’m first in line. After waiting on hold again for another 30 minutes I gave up. I can’t think of anything ruder than having a machine call you up and put you on hold. Especially after giving you the option not to sit on hold, before calling back. It’s quite obvious they don’t want to fulfill their commitment to support their cliental. I’m calling the sleep doctor in the morning and see if I can find another place to get the supplies. I refuse to call and get that kind of treatment, anymore. 1/10/23 Update As you can see they responded. I responded back with my full name and phone number. They then responded to my email saying they had a secure message for me. I clicked on their link and it took me to their private site. The message on that site was nothing more than requesting my identity information. I wondered why they would want information I had already given them. Then I started thinking about the don't give them your credit card number review. Needless to say, I didn't give them my information. I don't know what to think. They act like scammers. 2/1/23 Update This is the final outcome. A few days after I finished my last update, I called my sleep doctor. They called me back and said they reached out to Banner Home Care and they would be calling me. Well, to this date they still haven't called. About a week ago I had an appointment with the sleep doctor that had been made months earlier. At that appointment with the sleep doctor, I gave him an update as to the non response of Banner. His response was interesting. He told me that everybody complains about Banner. Then he said, lets just change you to another company where we can actually call and talk to a human. The new company has already contacted me. Problem solved! Stay away from...

My baby boy has been sick for so long. We finally decided he needed a tracheotomy as well as 4 other major procedures at the same time. Phoenix Children's hospital encouraged me to go with preferred medical home care but I already got oxygen from banner home care and wanted to stick with them. This was the worst decision ever!!!! Being new parents with a trach baby is hard enough, but when your home care company can't even figure out the supplies you need or even find them when you tell them what you need, you have a serious problem. Every time I call I am on hold forever and when I am told I will receive a call back, I never do. I finally had to demand to speak to a supervisor hoping to resolve the issue. It took me 25 days to even get my sons replacement trach tube and when you o ly get two a month that is ridiculous!! My son needs that to breath!! I demanded help from supervisor Alma and she was helpful at first until she forgot to place an order, then messed up an order by sending adult trach tubes instead of pediatric, then she stopped accepting my calls all together. I was told I could send my next order to her email and she would place the order herself. I sent it asking for communication that it was received. I never got any communication and when I called to follow up I was told I can no longer email my order. I am now waiting to speak to her supervisor but it has been a couple days and I once again haven't heard anything. This company has no respect for people or families needs!!! I have given them chance after chance and always tried to stay pleasant, but I refuse to be disrespected any further. My son is 18 months and deserves better than this. He is a baby and these people (Wendy, Alma, etc) don't care about us!!! I was told Los Ninos cares about babies so I hope people that read this try...

My mother was discharged from a nursing facility on Wednesday. The order was put in and her shower chair and wheelchair were to be delivered Thursday. Friday at the latest, according to Banner Medical Equipment.

No delivery Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday, so I called Monday. They ASSURED me it would be delivered Tuesday. Ginger told me she would call me back by 4PM on Tuesday. She never did, and NO DELIVERY.

Wednesday, PROMISED by Ginger it would delivered by 8PM. Drove over to mother's house and waited for HOURS for this delivery that never showed. She also assured me she'd call me back by 4PM. Never did. When I called at 4, the woman would NOT let me speak with Ginger. She said "it's out for delivery". Again, no delivery. It's been a week at this point, where my mother is bedridden and no shower.

My mother cannot leave the bed or even shower because the equipment has still not been delivered.

I called today (Thursday - 8 days after the fact), and was told it was "out for delivery today". Then, upon further investigation, I discovered it was delivered yesterday - to an address OVER AN HOUR AWAY from her home. This is after I CONFIRMED the delivery address every single day, 5 days in a row, when talking to Ginger.

To say this company is incompetent is an understatement. If you have ANY other options, avoid working with Banner Home Care and Medical Equipment, and don't ever hold your breath on a call back from Ginger because she does NOT return calls - ever.

UPDATE* They now have called my bedridden, 70 year old mother to ask HER if SHE will come pick up their misdelivery from the facility that is...
