Marco's Pizza — Restaurant in Mesa

They have really good pizza and pizza bowls. The issue is that they can never make them correctly. A few months ago we ordered and my pizza bowl was covered in mushrooms even though I ordered it without since my wife is deathly allergic to them. The response we got when we brought it to their attention was that we can reorder one and have it delivered with grub hub again since we are outside the delivery area. We live about 5 miles away from the store.

We ordered again tonight for the first time since they screwed up the last order. Build your own pizza bowl and they still couldn’t get it right. They left off 1 of the 4 toppings. Not like it is hard to remember 4 items to put in a bowl. I am giving them 2 stars because the food is mostly good, but the service and attention to detail is awful. Wouldn’t recommend them to anyone after the last two...

Called into place an order, asked person on phone what special were and he started telling what was on special but did not know the price kept saying he thinks, not calling in to get an I think price want a out the door price before any tax that is. Seem as tho you need to train these employees a little better no customer service at all. Then delivery driver in reg street clothes with no Marcos marking on him or anything was also kind of rude asking for a tip lol for a pizza you delivered cold. Bread was nice and hot pizza was ice cold. Won’t be riding from here again and that’s sad as I’ve been eating Marcos for 40 plus years and was happy when they opened in Arizona but I’ll pass as worst experience ever....

They severely messed up my order that was pretty simple and when i got my food it seemed old and like it had been sitting for a while. When I called to back to see what they could do for me, the manager had crazy attitude and called her coworker (young man at front of house) the "r" word and said it wasn't offensive when I asked her to not use that language with customers. i don't know if it was just because it was late at night or a bad night in general, but this restaurant is unprofessional and I'm honestly nervous to go back to even get my replacement food because of how rude they were, who knows what they'd do to my food now. not okay behavior from the manager...
