This morning around 7am I went to get some breakfast for my family and I. Only drive through was open and only one lane. There was a big line and finally order my food which was a lady who took my order. I ordered 4 muffin sausage egg muffins with no sausages and one McGriddle with egg and cheese only. I pulled up to the window and wanted to use the coupon from mobile app but was told I can only use one per order which to me didn’t make sense. After waiting for some time at drive through got my food and went home. Open up the bag and all sandwiches had sausages in it. So I went back 2nd time and the drive through was busier then before. At that time I was on the customer service rep explaining my situation to her. After wasting time I pulled up to the window and the same guy was there and he look at the manager which her name is li or Lin white woman younger person. She didn’t apologize or show any sympathy for inconvenience and told me I can’t take this back but I’ll make you new one just wait at the Parking lot. At that time the customer service Rep heard the conversation and was very shocked about how the manager handle situation. So I Waited at the parking lot wasted another 10 minutes for the food. The gentle man came out and hand it me the food he was nice about the mix up. Me trusting Macdonalds I went home didn’t check and to find out they had given me someone else order. I had hungry kids waiting to be fed and I was so livid and had to go back the third time. Again waited at the drive through and finally pulled up to the window and the gentle man who brought me the food in the parking lot was there and apologize and said it was his mistake and I told him it’s not your fault and I would like to speak to the manager. So the same person lie or Lin comes to the window straight up blames her team member saying that it was his fault and I said well it’s not his fault it started with you with my first order. You didn’t apologize the first time, the second time or now and now you want blame your mistake on to your employee. While I was speaking to her she walks away and closes the window. I was super livid and told her you are a terrible leader and bad example for Macdonald and you should be fired for this. I requested her name and she didn’t give it to me so I told her I will wait in the drive thru until I get it and she comes back saying you need to leave I said I won’t leave until I get your name. While all this going on the customer rep is on the line with me and heard the whole incident and she was terrified by the manger attitude. The customer rep told me we will find out what her name from the schedule and the time. I will have someone call you from the owners organization to settle this because this is not what Macdonalds stands for. As a leader in hospitality industry I have never blamed my team members but yet took the situation upon me and handle customer complaints. I hope this manager is re-trained on basic customer service skills and punished for her action. This whole thing almost took about 1 hour to get our breakfast right.

Read moreThis McDonald's location continues to have problems. The drive thru is by far the worst. Always a long line as in a long wait because the staff at the windows have no clue what they are doing. I thought I'd give them a couple tries after getting my order wrong the first time but after way too many mess ups I'd rather skip on this location or any McDonald's altogether.
Every time I've come here they either got my order wrong or they didn't know what I was ordering from their menu. At every other McDonald's I've gone to, I would usually get a 20 piece nugget and turn it into a meal, no questions asked. When I ordered that at this location they said "You can't make that into a meal"...you mean I can't buy the 20 pc. nuggets, add fries, and add a drink?!!... So I'm like okay I'll have the 10 pc Nugget meal plus an extra 10 pc. I guess I just had to make it easier for them to understand.
Another time I had asked for a mcchicken and the cashier didn't know what that was. She kept saying we don't have a mcchicken. When we got our food, we were given a SPICY mcchicken. And it's not just that, their cashiers are rude and so are the employees who hand off your food. There's no customer service whatsoever... No exceptional employee asking if we need Ketchup, or even saying a "have a nice day!"... They just flatly take your payment and then when you get to the food pick up window you get No greeting, just handing off the food... Nothing... so no Customer acknowledgement. No quality control obviously because the order is always wrong. I've never had such consistent bad service at a McDonald's. Definitely avoid this place, so much better fast foods to go to that are worth your...
Read moreOct 2024: This review is about the older hispanic lady who im assuming is the manager since everyone is ordered around by her. I come here about 4 times a week (drive thu and inside) because it's just at the corner of my home. Most of the other employees are wonderful or ok when it comes to taking my order or fixing an order issue. But my goodness, the older manager lady is incredibly rude. It's the tone and the delivery as you try to speak or get her attention. Why work in food service where you interact with customers if you're just going to make them feel very uncomfortable?? I've seen people get upset with her a few times and it's because of how she speaks to them....like they're a nuances for refusing to use the Kiosk, wanting their order fixed or just being in her presence. The Kiosk also doesn't print your receipt so good luck remembering your number. Don't believe me, come here on a morning around 8am. Your chances of seeing and experiencing this is almost guaranteed.
2020:As I'm sitting here in the play area and can't help but be distracted by the stained booths. I had to get up and use the hand sanitary wipes located by the playarea bathroom to try and clean my seats the best I could. My kid also found nuggets spilled in the playground and had to remove them herself! That tells you something right there! That the playground does NOT get clean or inspected. Nuggets don't get served until 1030am...so that means it's nuggets from a previous day!
I know of a McDonald's in Tempe that closes their play area every day for 1 hour to clean it! Wish they could make that mandatory...
