If I could give less than one star, I would. I am appalled and disgusted with my experience at this establishment.
Went to roosters tonight for kareoke. Apparently they don’t care about people. This is where I went the night I was assaulted and he broke my nose. Tonight when I went I ordered my drink and sat down waiting for the kareoke host to finish her song so I could put one in. The owner came up, slammed my card on the table, took my drink and said “your not welcome here, you need to leave. We don’t call the cops here. You made me loose $500 in revenue that night”
Wow. I was the victim. He attacked me, broke my nose. No one there helped me that night. I called the cops on him because of what he did to me and I’m the bad guy. What has this world come to?
I seeked medical attention, I am pressing charges for assault and I got an order of protection. The batertender made it a point to say “you didn’t even go to the hospital.” Actually, I did. Did I accept the $1000 ride from the ambulance? No, I don’t have the money to pay for that. I had someone come pick me up because I could not drive due to blurred vision from a broken nose. I had someone drive me to the emergency room. She casted stones, they didn’t hit me though. I caught them and am throwing them back.
I am beyond hurt and offended. This is why people stay in abusive relationships and never advocate for themselves. When they do, they get looked down upon, singled out, made out to be a bad person for protecting themselves.
Donestic violence is not a laughing matter. It should not be condoned by any means and that is exactly what this bar is doing. By telling me you don’t call the cops is telling me it is ok to assault someone in your establishment. That is not ok, never has been and...
Read moreLet me tell you a few things about this place. I'm new to the community and I'm a dog walker in the area. I've been going to this pace a few times for trying to break through this antisocial thing that I have going on. My counselor thought it was a good idea as well. YESTERDAY HOWEVER... I go in (this time without my dogs thankfully). Facebook page says Happy Hour open til close for the 4th of July. So I go in and take advantage of that. When I ordered my third picture, the bartender starts charging me more (keep in mind it's happy hour fixed price) I kindly ask why the sudden price increase. She then says that if I don't like it that I can leave. I was going to agree with her but before I could she made me leave and called the police on me. So in essence I got kick out for asking a question. Last night and today were the worst days of my life and didn't realize that such Evil people exist. I would never go to this place ever again and your probably safer by avoiding this place all together. This will be copy and pasted to Google reviews as well and anywhere else I can find. I was being genuine and think that bar tender had more harder drinks than I had that evening and went nuts. Not the right kind of job for that...
Read moreThe best thing about Roosters is the fact that they had a food truck outside. Bought tickets through their website to see a band play. Paid ~$75 for four people, general admission, "Doors open at 7pm". Arrived before 7pm and we were informed, "It is standing room only, all the tables are reserved." What????? We ordered a round of beers, in which we were overlooked by 3 bartenders who helped 5 or 6 others before us. Took about 15 minutes to get the drinks, and I was standing right up to the bar. Asked if there were ANY seats for the two disabled individuals in our party, and the owner (or the owner's wife) again informed us that all tables were reserved, that we could go outside to the smoking section, or get our money back. "People call us after they order their tickets to reserve tables, for $100". So very clearly, false advertising when the website lists general admission with no option or notification that there is reserved seating. I really wanted to like this place and have a good time, but with no seats and no ADA accommodations, there wasn't a chance. ...
