This is for Samuel he is an employee at this McDonald's thank you you are awesome very respectful you have patience because I can be a handful and you just help me with the smile and not a forced to smile but with the from the heart and you are very helpful even though it's early in the morning so I thank you so much Samuel for that thank you I give you personally five stars and what makes it even more awesome is that you're young and there's not a lot of youngsters out there that are respectful to us older people and again you get another five stars Nancy the manager at this McDonald's you have an amazing personality and that goes for all of you guys))))I would like to say thank you to manager Julie manager Lovely manager Cindy and all the employees at this McDonald's because they went out of their way and I'm telling you when I say they went out of their way I mean they did a an awesome đ job !! I was running late to make it before cutoff time for breakfast and I called them to let them know that I couldn't order breakfast thru the McDonald's app because it's not programmed after 10:30 am to serve breakfast and one of the managers said I could take your order over the phone you just have to pay when you get here and you could hear over her that they were really busy like you could hear that it was rush hour so she took my order and everything and she said don't worry we're not going to make it until you get here so your breakfast will be fresh I didn't get to their location until 11:30 and they made my breakfast for me and all three managers did a wonderful job serving me they did it with a smile they weren't annoyed that I was half hour after the cutoff time everytime I go into this location is always a smile on everybody's face even this lady employee (wish I knew her name ) I always call her mamas she's a cute lady and she has such a beautiful smile she's nothing but smiles I just love that location so I thank Managers: Julie, Lovely and Cindy and all the employees there at that McDonald's location I thank you guys for making my day because I got my breakfast I give you guys five stars all the way God bless and...
   Read moreWell, I haven't been to a McDonald's in over a year. I guess their standards have really declined. I went to the Southern and Greenfield location. I ordered a quarter pounder, deluxe style, and add bacon. Nevermind that it took forever to take my order and that I could hear the employee talking long before she asked if she could take my order. I heard an "expletive" and just kind of giggled quietly to myself. I get my order, look in the bag, notice the tag on the burger box that said "add 3 slices bacon" and was pretty confident they filled my order correctly.
Well, I was really looking forward to this since I was starving and hadn't eaten a quarter pounder in forever. With the first bite, my hand was covered in mayo dripping out the side and the little bit of lettuce fell out. I wiped it off and tried again. After another two bites, I realized there was no bacon that I paid extra for & was clearly noted in large letters on this sticky tag stuck to the box. I removed the bun to double check and that's when I found not only the missing bacon, but one small tomato piece that was a piece of an "end" that looked kind of like it was from a salad. Then I noticed the pickle "butt end" as well. Some "deluxe" fixings they have there. You can tell that they took an already made quarter pounder and sloppily shoved the "deluxe" fixings in as an afterthought. They probably couldn't shove any bacon in there. My bet is that they were low on these things and didn't want to bother getting anymore ready before closing. Couldn't bother to refund the $1.19 charge for bacon. It would just be too much trouble.

   Read moreI wish I couldn't even give them a star, but I have to give them one to review. I don't recall ever eating at this McDonald's, and I had two orders I placed, that I never received. To this day I never received the money back from June 12th. I will never order from this Mcdonald's ever again Their employee Logan was very disrespectful to me during my visit to pick up my order at drive thru. I ordered a big mac, and medium fries. This was a surprise to my husband who hasn't had Mcdonald's for a couple months. Failed. Logan was telling me that he didn't know what I was talking about, and very rude. Arguing with me through the drive thru. I told him that I'm going to back out of the drive thru and go to another one. I then tried to call that day and nobody did answer their phone. I did try the day after and someone finally answered and said she would leave a notation to all employees for a free big Mac meal. .She was adding the drink as a courtesy. On June 26th, I placed a mobile order there, so I could go get my big mac meal also. But before I did go over to the restaurant, I called to verify from the manager Lucy. She said there was nothing notated. Geez! So then I went home. I tried to place another mobile order at another McDonald's. But since they haven't canceled my order yet, I did call and say my name and would you please cancel my order? Lucy the manager. hung up on me. I'm not mean at all and she never did cancel the order. They need to go back to customer service school. They don't even know me to provide inappropriate behavior, no morals, and zero respect. I don't know why they're treating me like this, but I hope it's not because I'm deaf. I paid for food I never receive and I'm hungry.
