Saw these cinnamon rolls on Tik Tok and decided to take a hike from North Phoenix all the way down to wherever the heck this place is at. I will say it was WELL WORTH IT. You can tell these cinnamon rolls are amazing because they were almost sold out by noon, given that the shared kitchen opens at 10am.

I purchased a single raspberry cinnamon roll. My only regret was buying one. The taste is immaculate, all around. I popped it in the microwave for about 30 seconds. I was pleasantly surprised at how well the frosting held up. Perfect consistency. And the roll itself? Fluffy!! Might I dare say this is probably the best cinnamon roll I've ever experienced!? I had seen this place on instagram, and have been dying to try it. I’d been telling my husband about it for weeks. I finally got a chance to go over there yesterday morning, and let me tell you, MAKE THIS PLACE A PRIORITY! The shop itself is cute and has good from other local vendors as well. Connected to their commissary kitchen. I got an orange roll, raspberry, OG, and pumpkin spice. Every single one is mouth watering good.
