I went in to pick up a Uber order and decided I was going to get a drink for myself. The cashier lady, she was a older white women, was very friendly to all the customers ahead of me. When I walked up to her, she gave me the most disgusting look I've ever seen. If looks could kill, hers would! She kept staring at me up and down when I told her I was picking up a Uber order and I was ordering for myself, she didn't give me a chance to show her the order number and left to go find it. I told her what i was ordering and handed her a $20 bill. She looked at it and grabbed it with her finger tips and kept staring at it like it was diseased or something. I am Hispanic, and the way i was treated felt like she was discriminating me and she made me feel like I was garbage. She looked at me as if I just came off the streets. I called the manager that same day, she wasnt in but I had talked to the assistant manager named Micheal. I told him the whole story, he apologized for it and said she is not suppose to be treating others badly, that everyone is suppose to be treated equal. The manager never called back so I called her the next day and explained what happen. She told me it was because I wasn't a regular there. I said that's B.S because we're all suppose to be treated equally. The manager named Alysha didn't do anything about it. She said she would talk to her and that's it. You guys treated me like garbage here. I was racially profiled by this women and noone did anything about it. I hope corporate reads this review. Her tone was very hostile for no reason, I decided to just ignore it. Got my drinks she didn’t say hi nor bye. Left for 5mins came back because the little ones wanted water. I asked for two ice waters she said “I can’t give you water unless you’re purchasing something.” I said yes I did I just left five minutes ago and you also forgot my straws. She said “ohh really well I don’t recall you must purchase something.” I just drove to the window because at this point she’s just being an a hole for no reason. Drove up to the window and she said “did I really take your order.” Keep in mind she the one who took my order and payment at time of service. whole time she talks with an attitude. I let her know “yes we left five minutes ago and you didn’t give me a receipt nor straws.” She said “I can’t give you water unless you make another purchase. At this point I’m thinking. wow I never gotten such rude customer service over some water. Only Starbucks that uptight over water when I already made two purchases. I said please give me your name she said it’s Rebecca. I let her know I’d be posting a nice review for people like her who have horrible customer service.
