We drive by here all the time and decided to stop in. Loved all the dogs on the walls but the vibe was eh. Staff was great at getting us seated and putting in our orders quickly but disappeared after. It wasn’t busy so idk where they went and we were left with empty water cups and no sauces for a bit. Food came super quickly tho! Maybe too quickly… James liked his burger a lot (4 stars bc the sauces were uneven and he got a mouth full of just pb plus his overeasy egg was hard). The fries were room temp and a little soggy from oil but tasted good. I wasn’t super hungry so I got a salad. And it was underwhelming with mushy bits. And yeah ThAtS whAt YoU gEt wHen YoU orDer a SaLad frOm a BurGer pLaCe but also, why are you as a restaurant charging $17 for a plate and putting out bad food? Don’t even put it on the menu if it’s bad? Idc if they had sushi on the menu as long as it was good. Like if you can’t make it well, don’t put it on the menu. It was just lettuce, 3 oily tortilla chips, and a few sparse bell peppers (got the veggie burger instead of chicken and wished I just got a bowl of lettuce and ranch tbh). Had to pick through the salad to remove slimy bits and the veg burger (boo me I know) was pasty and dry and unseasoned. SO. I’d go back but only for the beer and James would go back but it’s not his first pick.

First off the bat the presentation of this place is what I call swag. The place looks immaculate from first impressions with the outside area with a fireplace.I will say this though, I found it a bit on the strange side as most of the clientele looks to be about average of 45 but then you got Blink 182 with some pop hits goin on meant for like a college crowd I just found it a bit odd. Still though the place specializes more in the chopped cheese-like type of sandwich burgers. So a burger and fries with a drink will run you about 20 bones and overall for what you get… its a tough sell. Mainly the burgers we got were kinda sloppily put together with a Dakota burger coming with an overcooked egg yolk, and both my shroom burger were also underseasoned and wishing I had some more meat. Now this is a brewery as well but I didn’t get to try anything they had but judging by the food I don’t think I’ll be coming back anytime soon, although it is still a very cool looking place.

What a great place for food, drink, and hanging out with others. We also brought our doggo and sat on the patio. I ordered a Texas Prime, which like a French dip with green chile on Texas toast. It looked so good when I got it that I ate some before I remembered taking a picture… The green chile was flavorful, but not hot. Overall a very good sandwich. I also upgraded to sweet potato fries, which were also very good. My wife had the Black and Bleu burger, which she said was good, but would have been better with some bacon. Apparently the bleu cheese didn’t really have a lot of flavor. She got the battered fries and said they were fresh and crispy. The service was excellent on the spacious patio. They provided water for our dog and even told us that dogs eat free on Saturdays. Apparently they can choose between a hamburger or chicken patty. We would definitely return when in the area.

My husband and I have been semi-regulars at this establishment for quite some time, but our experience on Saturday, 9/13/25 around 4 PM was the final straw when it comes to dealing with Lauren, the bartender. The bar wasn't even busy -- maybe six other patrons -- yet we sat there for a solid 15 minutes before Lauren even bothered to come over and take our drink order. When she finally did, she didn't smile, didn't show a single ounce of friendliness and just looked at us with a dead face and asked "what can I get you". She dropped our drinks off with an "here you go" and didn't return for nearly 20 more minutes, never once checking to see if we wanted food or another round. She passed us multiple times and didn't even acknowledge we were sitting there. Sadly, this isn't a one-off experience. It's become a pattern, and we've learned to work around it -- to the point that when we come in on Fridays, we literally leave when Sam's shift ends just to avoid dealing with Lauren. That's how bad the service is. She's consistently cold, inattentive, and makes you feel like you're a burden for simply existing at the bar. Her customer service is truly abysmal, and it's baffling how someone so unapproachable continues to be scheduled in such a customer-facing role. We genuinely enjoy this place and the staff -- especially Sam, who is always fantastic -- but Lauren is the reason we cut our visits short or skip certain nights altogether. Management should take a serious look at how one person's attitude can ruin the experience for...

Called yesterday afternoon to place an order for pickup. Lexi answered and when I said, "Hi, I would like to place an order to go," I waited moments and only heard noise. I said hello and she said she had to walk to the computer. Ok. I placed my order and felt a bit of an attitude, as if I were rude for not hearing her initially? I made it to the bar about 20 mins later and didn't look around much and sat down. The older gentleman at the bar just could not let her go to serve me, even once we began interacting, but that's bar behavior. I told her my about my to-go order and asked for a glass of water, then accepted a to-go cup with water instead. Took one sip and felt something was off. I opened it and knew the familiar smell, but couldn't place it. I didn't bother to say anything, as it wasn't too surprising there was another issue. I received my food, coupled with a fake closed-mouth smile. I still tipped, despite the terrible experience, because of the benefit of the doubt. When I went outside, I once again opened my cup lid and the water had a pink hue. Pretty sure it is mold or some type of bacteria. Don't know if it was in the line or some scummy bartender tactic, but I have felt sick to my stomach since. Bravo if this was the goal or the Uncle Bear's experience. Definitely not returning. Oh yea, the burger had unusual meat that was crumbling. Never had a burger like it and not worth...

I usually don’t make a big deal of minor issues at restaurants but this was kind of ridiculous. My family went in for dinner and ordered burgers. Four out of six got our orders mixed up/wrong altogether (I got my mom’s burger and she got mine, but my husband’s and brother’s burgers were wrong entirely). No big deal if the kitchen can fix it and the server is apologetic. But when we told our server, she acted like we were being unreasonable. Like maybe she expected us to just exchange our partially-eaten burgers amongst each other? I don’t know, but I would’ve appreciated an apology for the inconvenience and for her to offer to have the kitchen re-make the burgers rather than act like it was an inconvenience when we requested that we get our accurate orders… that we were paying for and asked for?? It was a weird experience altogether. I’ve never been made to feel guilty for asking to have our orders be made correctly. The burgers weren’t even seasoned well so probably won’t go back anyways. The beer is good and love the dog-friendly atmosphere though. We’ve been to another UB’s location several times without issues but this was not a great experience. Hopefully management can speak with wait staff about how to handle when the kitchen mixes up/makes orders incorrectly because, again, I shouldn’t have to feel bad for asking to have my food...
