Disappointed š...... I placed an order through the app to pick up at the counter. After walking to Jack in the box, to pick up my order the location was locked and no one was even answering the drive-thru. It did appear as if workers were inside but no one would answer the phone or come to the door after knocking. I proceeded to go on the app and ask for a refund but the order had already been completed as if the location was open and I picked up my order. I requested a refund stating the situation as the app instructed. Then waited 3 business days no response, again I placed another request for refund through the app, but never heard anything back. So after 10 business days I reached out to corporate headquarters and finally Hector Garcia the regional manager for this location contacted me. But the nonchalant and condescending position he displayed was disheartening. After all options were exhausted my only recourse was to contact headquarters, over a matter that seems so small (under $20) you would think that Jack in the Box would not think anything of it. But the response of the regional manager and lack of professionalism is that I should be grateful that he is going above and beyond to just give me a refund of what I paid almost a month ago now. So, this review having not been able to get ahold of anybody is just to make everyone aware and hopefully the corporate office will see this the training and customer service needs to be placed in a much higher regard and retraining on customer service needs to happen. I pulled into the Burger King drive thru and the employee said please hold on, no problem........ 3 minutes passed with no answer after saying hello about 5 times. I know that more than one person inside the store has a headset on but nobody answered. I pulled up to the window without my order taken and I saw only one employee standing near one of the other register with no employees in front of her. I parked my car just to go inside to see what's going on and I only saw 3 employees on the floor and the man who was working the drive thru was backat the window taking orders. I also saw 3 people with headsets on which mean nobody helped the person in the drive thru by saying sorry for the wait. I was very upset so I looked across the street and I saw a Jack in the box and said to myself cool. As I stepped inside no body was was working the register but in 5 seconds I can hear a gentleman call out welcome to Jack in the box I will be with you in just a second! That meant so much to me to see a employee acknowledge a customer when walking into the door. I just want to take this time to send this message to say how appreciative I was of the great customer service I received once walking into the door after having such a bad customer experience at the store before across the street. Ā Ā Ā Read moreI am so happy I could cry. I work at a bar and get out after closing and cleaning super late. Tonight/ this morning I left about 4, and went to jack in the box (another location). They said the system was rebooting and it would be 10-15. I said no prob and pulled around so as to not mess up their drive thru times. After 12 it still hadnāt rebooted so I said no worries and went on my way closer to home, to find another jack in the box. This location was my FOURTH STOP! The second stop saw me in the drive through bc the employee was outside and didnāt even acknowledge me or answer the intercom. Third stop said still rebooting and would be another 20 min and was so rude. NORTHWEST was amazing, and the lady taking my order was so kind even though I ordered a bunch of different things, and she made sure I had what sauces and condiments I needed š„²š„². So so happy I decided to stop at one last jack in the box instead of going home super hungry and sad! Give the night/an shift workers a huge thank you from this...
