Palos Verdes Lake Park — Attraction in Mesquite

I've been here several times throughout a year or 2 and it's always nice to just be there and walk around. The ducks are usually the best part since they walk around the streets and around the park at times. There's always people walking around there especially now during the spring time. The water is definitely not swimmable or drinkable though, I'm just pointing that out right now. There's a lot of trash in the lake itself as well. But from afar or to just walk around, it's pretty nice. It also has a little workout section to exercise a bit. Just watch out for mosquitoes. Everything...

I did a morning jog with my nephew. There are a few trails to take to get to the lake. We did some exercises at the health Center. We also got to see the ducks 🦆 swimming and the fisherman fishing 🎣.

In the afternoon I returned with my niece we played disc golf, or frisbee golf. There is a nine hole course nearby. There’s also a tennis 🎾 court near the fifth hole and a playground on the other side of the tennis court. They need to check the Bank accounts of everyone involved in the so-called renovation of this pond. Fishing WAS great, Bass, Perch, and a few Crappie. They drained the lake, bought in all of the big machines, dug up some mud, filled it back up, and now the Entire bank is lined with Swamp Grass. No more fishing the walls, and if you let your lure go deeper than a few feet anywhere else you reel in algea. Good job in turning a nice pond into a swamp. Anyone got a couple of dollars to...
