The family went there today, passing by. Upon entering the restaurant, the manager, Heather, screamed at us to use the kiosk and turned around and was yelling at the employees. We ordered our food. As we waited for our food, the manager Heather was yelling at an emplyee about missing time. Couldn't believe that the manager Heather was disciplined the employee on the front line, in front of other employees, belittling the employee. Manager Heather gave us our food, and we asked for Katchup. Heather yelled at us to use the katchup dispenser. We told her we wanted it to go. So she threw packs into our bag and gave us a really bad look. She turned around and started screaming at another employee. We asked an employee what her name was and was told it was Heather. As we walked away, Heather asked the employee what we asked her, and then Heather yelled at us at the top of her lungs, across the room that she DIDNT CARE...! Will never go back to this...

Through all her unprofessional antics I drop my wallet. She picks it up on camera and puts it on the counter . Claiming it's not her responsibility and does not put it up or turn it into the police. I return with police just to get banned from their location. So sad haha š. Lawsuits will be filed and I will use all the negative published feedback on this Heather manager. Ā Ā Ā Read moreI ordered food for delivery last week and didnāt receive my apple pies. When I called in, I was told Iād have to come pick them upāwhich makes no sense, because if I could come get them, I wouldnāt have ordered delivery in the first place.
Then this week, I tried giving them another chance and went through the drive-thru to order 6 apple pies. They told me they only had 2 and it would be an 11-minute wait for the rest. I said Iād just take the 2. When I got to the window, they said they only had 1 apple pie and 1 blueberry pieānot even what I ordered. I accepted it just to move on, but then I got stuck in the drive-thru for another 3ā4 minutes waiting on the cars in front of me.
Two back-to-back frustrating experiences and not once was I offered a coupon, a discount, or even an apology that felt genuine. I wonāt...
