The Doghouse Coffee — Restaurant in Metamora Township

Just wanted to let others know what I wish I knew before I drove all the way here on a trip. They're dog friendly, but not really a dog cafe, like cat cafes who own cats and stuff. They also have certain flags that I don't look to support, if you also have integrity in your consumer decisions, I would take that into account. The photos of the brick building were misleading, so it was a struggle to find as well, so I'll add some photos of the actual building it's in, a beige box. Less charm, but it's fine I guess. Just wasn't what I was expecting, so I didn't stay to have a coffee, but the employee was very polite, that was the only positive part of the experience. The Doghouse Coffee in Metamora is an absolute gem! On our first visit, the gentleman who helped us was nothing short of amazing. He was incredibly patient, taking the time to explain all the different coffee options and even sharing his personal recommendations. His kindness and expertise made our experience so enjoyable.

The coffee here blows starbucks out of the water. Under $5 for a 12oz latte. Recieved it at a perfect temperature to where i could drink it as soon as i recieved it. The young woman working it was very nice and helpful. I highly recommend coming here to get some work done and getting a drink here. Will be returning whenever i am back...
