Cooks Window Pizza — Restaurant in Methuen

We WERE a long time customer here. Food used to be pretty good. Now if you get your food in an hour, that'd be fast. Delivery times are astronomical for no real good reason other than lack of paying staff? No idea....AVERAGE times are an 1 hour and 20 minutes. And with times like these comes cold pizza and soggy fries. Salad we got tonight included a slimy cucumber. Delicious....

I'm no Covid crazy person however if you own a restaurant in these times and you want to keep customers and make money, maybe your driver's should be wearing their masks? Maybe the girl at the counter (who yawns no less than 3 times an order on the phone) could put her mask on and not wear it on her neck? Just what I would call obvious recommendations.

Call elsewhere if you're looking for hot food at a decent delivery time and speak to a staff who seems to care. Long time customer lost here and Covid is...

The pizza is pretty good but the service isn’t.

No matter what local or state guidelines are staff isn’t appropriately masked. They’re either wearing nothing or have their noses out which makes the mask essentially useless.

The staff don’t communicate well about issues. There was an issue with them not getting an order from Grubhub. Which I get it’s an imperfect system but instead of communicating what the issue was they just kind of wandered around confused and didn’t proactively just tell me the issue. They didn’t tell me what they were doing or even what the issue was until I asked. It was really confusing and stressful since I was on a lunch break and had a time restriction. They weren’t nice about it at all and just like annoyed. They called the boss who also didn’t seem to care about the customer...

Went here for the first time today. Heard mostly good things. So we've been looking for an opportunity to try it. We got a cheese pizza, and the chicken Caesar wrap. The pizza was very good. The sauce was had a very slight sweetness to it and a light tomato taste. The cheese was just right; not too little and not too much to to be a thick gooey and oily mess. The crust had that nice crispieness with a perfect crunch. The dough wasn't chewy or doughy like some pizza places that use bread flour and a bread dough recipe. The Chicken Ceaser wrap was very good with huge chunks of chicken breast meat and the right amount Ceaser salad. Well worth the price. We will get back for sure.
