Dunkin' — Restaurant in Methuen

The employees at this location talk very nasty and I’m absolutely appalled by the way they act. I’m not going to leave out anything they said . My mother had left her debit card at this location she called and asked them if I could come by with my ID to pick it up we have the same last name and She wasn’t feeling well and asked me to go. The manager told her yes that wouldn’t be problem I would just need to show my ID. I got there and they said “no no no no no hunny you will not be getting her ID” very very rudely said ! And when I explained how my mother just called they told me they don’t care , and continued to say rude things I can’t even remember becuase my head was spinning at the fact they were speaking to me and then I drove off . I called and asked to speak to management and they said “uh sure I guess “ when the “manager” got on the phone I could tell it was a young child , I had explained the situation and she told me “ like my employees just told you , you will NOT be getting her ID “ I said I know this ain’t a manager and she proceeded to call me a “dumb little white bitch” , I told her She’s a rude ignorant human and I’m not okay with being spoke to that way, she then started going off so did I as well. I cannot believe the disrespect as I’m pregnant as well and very emotional they had my blood boiling and I cannot wait to speak to HR Monday when they open up, they will not be happy to hear what these employees have done ! I wish I could’ve rated this place zero stars . This isn’t the first time I’ve either had terrible service or been spoke to horrible . I’m horrified to even step foot back into this...

As someone who was born and raised in Massachusetts, and has traveled around the country, I am always seeking Dunkin'. As such, I have been to several locations (too many to count) and this one is by far the worst Dunkin' someone can go to. I wish I could say this is a recent trend, but to be frank, the service and reliability has always been sub-par, and has somehow gotten worse over the years.

When going to this location you can count on a few things: Unacceptably slow service Inconsistent customer service Missing items (which they won't let you know when ordering at the drive thru until you make your way to the pickup window)

Honestly, this has been so disappointing over the years that I go out of my way to purchase at a different Dunkin' (Favorite: Pelham St. Methuen) even if it means adding a little bit to my morning commute. I hope this location can find a way to improve, but I do not see...

If I could give this place negative zero stars I would . Very disorganized when it comes to getting customer orders right and on top of getting the orders wrong they get upset and become rude when asked to re make the order, ordered my daily coffee the same way and had to tell them 3 times to correct my order. Drive through girl got upset and told me to pull to the side when prompted to pull to the side another girl brought me my coffe out and nearly threw it at me and in a ride manor said here’s your coffee. What kind of customer service 3 times ordered a simple coffee and was given it 3 times wrong ? And they get mad about me requesting the right order ? This place is a joke rude employees! They need some serious fixing ASAP ! I will he contacting higher ups and will never return to...
