Findeisen's Ice Cream — Restaurant in Methuen

My husband and I came here one night after getting out of work to get brownie sundaes. We were craving them so badly. When we arrived, I ordered mine first. When I peeked in the window to see the girl making my Sundae I saw her putting those Little Debbie type cosmo brownies in the bottom of the cup. Yuck! I was really hoping for a warm crumbly brownie like what is typical in a brownie sundae!I pointed this out to my husband and he said let's just go somewhere else but I felt bad for the girl because she had already started making my sundae so I figured I could live with it. My husband then opted to just get a small ice cream, no brownie sundae. The ice cream was really good but the Cosmo brownie in the bottom of the cup was so rock hard that we couldn't even break it apart with the spoon to eat it! I would go back here to get ice cream or a regular sundae but unfortunately the brownie sundaes were a huge...

Horrible experience tonight! Usually its my favorite place locally to get ice cream. But tonight unfortunately i will not be going back. The young lady who took my order tonight was obviously new, i ordered a small oreo and a chocolate shake. She made the oreo just fine. But struggled to make the milkshake. She made a small mess and the older gentleman there( assuming he was a manager/owner) was insanely rude. He kept on telling her she has a mess to clean while she was still making my drink. And when she did not anwser he kept on repeating over and over again comprende like she didn't understand english which she clearly does. Instead of showing her how to properly do it. Its not the same since tony left the business. ...

The girl who made our ice creams was very unpleasant. My husband got a medium slush served in a bowl, which was not the easiest to eat at first. I forgot to ask for a cone because she kept asking if I was ready, instead of just making the other 2 orders for my son and husband. So when she brought my soft serve in a bowl, I asked to add on a cone, and her response was, "Too late, it's already in a bowl" so again I asked to just pay for one and she said they don't do that. Which I've never heard of if I was willing...
