Methuen House of Pizza — Restaurant in Methuen

Update 5/21/20 Tried methuen house after well over a year of this review, and was pleasantly suprised with the experience. I made a mistake and ordered pickup through their app and they still delivered it after my mistake, and within 10 minutes. The food was very good and back to the way it used to be when we use to go here.

Use to order from Methuen house all the time, but very disappointed lately with the new food from the new owners. They had soggy, really frozen tasting fries(before they were very crispy). The onion rings used to be Battered and very crispy and now they are barely battered and almost like shoe strings stuck together. Hopefully they get it figure out, but as of now I wont be going back unless there is a sign that says original owners are back, and get the service they use to...

So I’m new to the area. I had some guys doing work on my house and offered them lunch. Googled the first place and it was here with 5 stars. I personally don’t like to eat Pizza, I’m a steak lover but I said let me get them some food and try a piece. I ordered and I picked it up. The atmosphere was warm, the gentleman that was assisting an elderly woman immediately after asked if I was all set, as I sat down and was watching Trump talk his bs on television. I was then asked to come to the counter and pay in which I did. They also gave me plates and napkins and I came home and tried a piece of this pizza. Delicious it is…. I had ordered my food online at 5pm. A club, fries and mozzarella sticks. Received a message that it would be ready by 5:25pm so I headed over to pick up and was there by 5:20pm. Was told it was gonna be right up and was almost ready. 10 minutes passed, 2 or 3 other people got their food. I asked about mine and again was told it would be ready soon. One person ordered in house while I was there and got their food before mine. It was 5:58 by the time I left. If my food was going to take an additional 40 minutes from when I got there I should have been told from the start. Disappointed because the first few times I went here it was decent service and food. After this experience I will no longer be...
