Went in to get a white chocolate mocha, when I received the drink it felt super light I opened the cap to see they filled the drink mostly with foam, so I asked the barista if he could remake the drink without any foam. His reply back was “ you didn’t ask for no foam” with an attitude and a smirk. Like I’m sorry ain’t I a human can’t I forget something or make a mistake, and also isn’t Starbucks policy is we will remake your drink as many times as it takes until it’s right. All I was asking for a new drink without any foam I don’t think it’s that hard. Unfortunately I just left it didn’t seem he wanted to remake the drink or help a customer out and it was empty the store also the drive thru I was the only customer there thru the drive thru. Also I don’t like foam cause when it disappears your mostly missing 1/4...

I have been to so many Starbucks, and this has been so far the worse Starbucks that i have been too. Jasmine one of the employees that took my order was rude did not greet me and just rushed through my order. I got my order my order was done incorrectly. I had to drive back for Jasmine to throw the food in the counter and responded to me with an attitude. She definitely doesn’t represent the Starbucks logo.
