I placed a pick-up order for this location on 6/12/25 for 6:18 PM. I did this because I had a time sensitive appointment to make, and I didn't want to be late. It should have been a grab and go situation, but Alfredo and his coworker Portillo made sure that did not occur. I came in on time for my order, they told me they required another 7 minutes. I knew it would be cutting it close but I obliged. When I walked in, both of those service workers chose to ignore me for another 8 minutes. They took orders for 2 other customers as I stood there, flabbergasted. I called the customer service line to report the incident. When I did, Portillo decided to hide his name with a metal pan. This is willful negligence.
I highly recommend you seek out another restaurant at the oasis, reader. These people DO NOT care about providing good customer service. Please don't patronize a business that has such little regard for its customers. I will be following up with a manager to make sure no one else has to be humiliated...
