Taco Bell — Restaurant in Mettawa

Stopped in about 7 pm on September 18th 2025 Every single aspect of this vist was pitiful at best. Food was old and tasted like it had been sitting in a heater for hours. Some of the workers were rude and unprofessional to the point that had I been the manager I would have fired them on the spot. Other employees did ok. This place needs a major management overhaul and someone watching things very closely. This location could do much better! Absolutely shameful quality...

Can't say I've been to this TB location numerous times but indeed enough to where I'm definitely comfortable coming back when in the area.

Always have had good service, fresh food and a spacious dining atmosphere with views of the tollway if you like.

I've got to hand it to them, these people are fantastic. We stopped in with about a hundred other people after Fright Fest at Six Flags at about 11:30 at night. We still only waited about 5 minutes for our food despite the large lines. Everything was perfectly prepared and not a single item missing from my $50...
