Unfortunately today I didn't get an opportunity to enjoy my impossible Whopper at Burger King they had all of the doors locked at the Ives Dairy 199th location I was not in a typical motor vehicle that could be serviced at the window. I was on a motor cycle and it was pouring down rain so obviously I could not wait in the rain in line behind seven cars to be served. So I knocked on the door I realize that this door was locked seeing that no one came to the door so I drive around to the other side in the rain knocked on the door on the other side of the entry doors. I saw all the workers in the kitchen working the security officer was standing in the lobby and there was I believe two people sitting at the table in the lobby no one open the doors this was approximately 4:30p in the afternoon I'm still not understanding why the doors are not locked to customers that wanted to dine in. So I even called on the phone to see if someone would pick up and let me know what is going on why are the doors locked why are you not serving anyone inside of the restaurant.    Read morePlace move drive thru quickly by making customers park at front and then take long time to bring food to the car, most of the time order is not complete. Drive thru is designed for fast serving they manipulate their minutes on the window by doing that technique and since clock is not running to serve, they take a lot of time, I have reported this issue several times even to corporate and looks like no one takes an action. The only place in my area even from same chain that do that. Today they did the same to me, when I asked they stated that was to help an additional car and there was no cars behind.
Im pretty sure people doing good reviews to this store are eder employees or Managers friend/fam members service still taking long time, the new routine is instead of making you wait at front, now the take 5 to 10 minutes to take the order at the speaker even with only 1 car at the window, looks like every they around 5pm the ice cream machine gets broken because after 5pm, there is not more ice cream for the day, employees doesn't not even welcome you at the window,...

Omg...the coffee. She must had added orange juice inside the coffee. No matter adding the 4 creamers and 3 sugar to the coffee. It was horrible. The taste was bad. I wanted to go thru the drive. Thru. But therr were four cars ahead of me. I did not have time to go back .. I asked for the orange juice tooo since i paid for it. The girl looked at me crazy. ? Yeah. They want 15.00 an hour.
