I’m battling brain tumor and have to my nurses assist me when apartment hunting and I feel terribly bad that my nurse was talked to in such a absurd way because of me, we are posting here since it’s only direct way the ones in charge of the property can see our experience furthermore my nurse was hung up on by two associates for asking to be walked around the community with a worker since she does not live there and didn’t think it made sense to randomly walk around properties at which we don’t live in a “ stand your ground state “ and when asked was greeted by rudeness hopefully a supervisor of this office can reach out regarding this disrespectful behavior after Janet hung up on her then man to answer after kept responding why do you need a manager when telling him she hung up on me and refused to give his name to me please be aware this is the only time I’ve had a issue when calling the property it’s a few bad apples not a bad batch and the property is still beautiful just ugly hearted people...

When calling will be transferred to a office in Hollywood I was cursed out by two managers one of the name Janet for asking to tour the property and asking “ to many questions “ very beautiful property hopefully they start a leasing office at the property so the blatant disrespect doesn’t constantly occur by overworked workers with terrible people skills ……… I just saw they’re response and it’s disrespectful such a lack of accountability for they’re poor workers you should of started off by apologizing for my experience not gaslighting the situation like I previously stated terrible people skills i asked for a manger due to feeling disrespected as anyone would .. I never even raised my voice because I actually needed answers for my client . I hope management...

This is a beautiful townhouse community that I am lucky to be apart of as 1 of the first residents to move in this year shortly after their grand opening. The neighbors are great. Maintenance team superb as well with great response time. Berny Kopel the property manager is also very kind and considerate. No complaints here. I love my unit never had an issue that couldn’t be resolved the entire 8 months I have been here thus far. Excellent place to live … 5 stars for sure no cap lol I...
