La Mia Pizza & Wings — Restaurant in Miami Gardens

I ordered using uber eats from this place. I’m pregnant so I’m trying to avoid spicy food because I know it can induce labor and I want to make it to full term. I order 30 wings and since there is no option not to add sauce I choose mild and I added a note to the kitchen that said NO SPICY PLEASEEEE My food arrive and what do I receive??? spicy wings. Just to clarify, this is not my first time ordering using uber eats and every time I add a note for the kitchen I receive what I want. I took the time to call the restaurant to ask why I got spicy wings when I asked for them not to be spicy AT ALL ( since they don’t have an option for no sauce) I talk to someone who answered the phone while yelling at somebody else and he did not say his name, and I try to explain the situation to him but he was ready to argue. I told him why I received 30 spicy wings when my note to the kitchen was NO SPICY PLEASE He just said we never receive that note 🖕🏻 I know what I order was mild style BUT IT WAS ONLY BECAUSE THERE IS NO OPTION FOR NO SAUCE so I told him that I told him I understand I order mild but I added a note that’s the only source I have using the app to let them know I don’t what the wings to be spicy, he continue yelling. I explained that I was pregnant and I explained that I cannot eat spicy food. He said you have 4 options for different sauce !!! I told him I DONT WANT ANY SOUCE that’s the issue I don’t like sauce Why do I have to order what you say instead of you reading my f... note I’m very very p,,, at this guy he was very disrespectful, I told him I work with customers I’m a manager at a store and I deal with customers everyday so I know how it is, but I also know that he could have been more receptive to my complain and not the yell at a pregnant lady over the phone. I just wanted regular wings with No f.......

First of all, keep your appetite. Furthermore, do not waste time that you can never get back.

I paid close to $50 for the special (including a $5 tip) for a large 1-topping pizza with extra cheese and asked to have it well done because I requested the extra cheese. Additionally, I ordered buffalo wings (not the grilled wings) with ranch dressing for .75 cents. The special also included a 2-liter bottle of soda.

There were 3 staff members in the shop when I arrived after a 20-minute drive. One of them glanced at me and walked to the back, the other two staff (a man and a woman) didn't acknowledge me as they sat and chatted as if they had nothing else to do. Following a cough for attention, I was finally acknowledged.

My pizza looked thin and old when he delivered it. I asked if it had extra cheese and the man looked me straight in the eye and told me that it did. Having never been there before, every pizza place does things differently so I gave them the benefit of the doubt and I went home.

After tasting the pizza, I felt that my $3 frozen pizza had more sauce, cheese, and pepperoni than this sad, tasteless pizza. Then I moved on to the Buffalo hot wings, hoping they'd be better, but I was more disappointed because they were dry with barely any sauce, and so I looked for the ranch sauce to save the meal, but it was nowhere to be found. Since I had lost my appetite by this point, I called to complain and asked to return the entire order. My manager said I waited too long to complain and refused to refund me. It took a call to the online ordering service for me to get a 10.00 adjustment and an additional .75 cents for the missing dressing. After trying to eat the pizza, I threw...

We were excited to try this place out, had nice menu options etc... Unfortunately, we ended up throwing all the food. The pizza was cold and hard to chew, we ordered the White Pizza, this one is supposed to have garlic, ricotta cheese, and olive oil. We honestly did not taste none of these ingredients, it only seemed to have reg cheese and that was all. In addition to that, we ordered a flan and a tiramisu, both tasted horribly, the flan was lumpy, I’ll guess it didn’t have milk because that to us was NOT flan at all. The tiramisu had chunks of ice in the middle, where the mascarpone is supposed to go, the rest was bland and flavorless. Nonetheless, the garlic bread was delish, but these you can get anywhere... this place was...
