Go to ANY Grammas other than the location in Milford. This location has a near 100% "screw up" rate- whether it's missing condiments on almost every order, or using UberEats to deliver and charging excessive delivery fees without informing the customer, or waiting 2 hours for a very cold and aged meal (which prompted our first contact with management), not only are they just operationally terrible but this really takes the cake. We were offered a full "credit" for our 2 hour experience by management. We attempted to use our credit only to be told "your credit is not in our system and there is nothing we can do"- so effectively they don't own their mistakes or do what they commit to do. Instead we were treated like scammers looking for a freebie, and clearly this ownership group does not empower its employees (managers included) to do the right thing. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE- THEY RUN A SUBSTANDARD, FRAUDULENT BUSINESS.There is nothing worse than not doing what you say you will do in business. I really like Grammas pizza- when right its my favorite. Unfortunately we have to go 20 miles out of our way from here on out....
Read moreThe front area of the store has the fair amount of signs regarding religion and our country. This made me feel uncomfortable. I think there needs to be a clear separation of church and state. People are free to practice religion as they see fit. But the linkage to praying to God and standing for the flag hits a flat note with me
There were also a few signs that I suppose were meant to be humorous that talked about women. One of them was a sign about a man cave. Rule number four was that when women were only allowed in by invitation only. Below it said something about, it would be preferred if they brought food. There were a few other signs that referenced women in perhaps humorous ways individually. But collectively it feels a little bit disrespectful of women. The person serving me was a young woman. given the numerous signs joking about women, I was left uncomfortable about the lessons she is learning working there.
There was also a sign up near the door implying that you need to work harder because people on welfare expect you too, or something like that.
This was NOT a business I will...
Read moreI am such a fan of this place but it's super sad that over the last few years I can't get a consistent result from them... Last time we got a XL pep pizza and 10 wings and mushrooms... Took forever to get to us and when it did the driver said he got lost... But last order before this we waited 1+ hour for food and that's common... Anyways got the food that was barley warm at this point and the pizza was also overcooked....the wings and mushrooms would have been great if he hadn't gotten lost... So halfway through the pizza that my 2 sons ages 5&4 and my 10 year old sister and my mother had been eating my mom got stabbed in her gums between her teeth with a wood splinter.... When I called them to talk about it the woman on the phone said she was the manager so I told her what happened and all she had to say was that's awful and thanks for letting her know .... Would had been nice to offer something not that we wanted more food that night and my mom didn't want anything but her money back at that point.... I have a picture of the wood splinter also it would be cool if Grammas saw this and made...
