Been about 25+ yrs since I have been to this shop. Under new ownership and not only was I happy with my first return visit I went back a second time a couple weeks later and will continue to go there. Derek was professional, greeted me when I came in then continued to work with his current clients. He was working with a father and son, and wow! I wasn't purposely listening in, though couldn't help to hear as he was talking to the son, it reminded me of when I was 10-12 and someone at a comic shop took the time to talk comics, characters with me. I have a feeling that kid is gonna remember that long into his adulthood.. I know I have. I am a huge comic book collector who likes to go to the shop every week to get my new books instead of ordering online because I love to talk about the current or past storylines. After visiting when it was sold and renamed it quickly became my favorite shop even though it's not the closest to where I live because of the incredibly knowledgeable and kind people who work here.
