I chose Regina bakery for my wedding cake,since a close family member happened to be a good friends with the owner. I was assured the exceedingly expensive cake would have the simple details i requested. (nothing elaborate, just buttercream frosting, and simple piping and monogram) What arrived at the reception resembled an unfinished, three-tiered "practice cake." Assuming the bakery just ran out of time to finish the cake, my family friend who referred me to Regina's called to request a partial refund for the unfinished work. The people at Regina's were so rude to her, and said there was nothing they could do to fix the issue at that point, and hung up!.
