Scoreboard Sports Bar — Restaurant in Miami Township

Tried to place a pickup order and was placed on hold for 20 minutes. Finally decided to leave my house and go to another establishment. While on the way there I passed the plaza and glanced over to the lot of scoreboard which was very busy. So I diverted from going to another restaurant to see if I could walk in and place my order. When I entered scoreboard not a single soul was in the food side of the restaurant. I then placed my walk in order and brought up the fact that I was placed on hold for over 20 minutes in a completely dead restaurant. The girl working the register immediately placed blame on another girl working and gave me an awkward sorry and left it at that. No offers of any sort of compensation, still charged the full amount. I don’t often expect compensation but the level of incompetence is inexcusable when I was quite literally their only customer. I then asked what time their kitchen closed at which I was told 8:30 on a night like this which didn’t make sense to me because last Sunday I tried to place an order at 7:20 and was told the kitchen was closed. So either some members of the staff there are liars or they don’t know their own operating times.

I don’t plan on being back which is a shame because I really do enjoy their food, but their customer service is...

First off, let me give you some important information. There are two sides of the bar. The left side, “Home” has a larger bar feel. The right side, “Away” has a more restaurant feel to it. People on here were complaining that nobody took their order. Well, you have to go up to the counter to place your order, have your number called, and then pick up your food and bring it to your party. Let me tell ya, the portion sizes are great and everything tasted amazing!!! The only reason why I gave this place 4 out of 5 stars was because it cost me $40 for two people.
