Lin Great Wall — Restaurant in Miami Township

Stopped in after church with my husband and 2 youngest kids…All of the food on the Buffett was cold… didn’t really have a good selection of foods. The kids Buffett was 11$ plus their drinks… so we spent about 70$ and no is was not worth it at all. We won’t be back. The owner did try to give us some food to take home with us, she was very nice. Unfortunately it just wasn’t worth the money.

RESPONSE TO THE OWNER:

you didn’t ask us if everything was ok, you asked if we wanted more to drink. My seven year old didn’t finish what was on his plate, and my 6 year old complained openly the food was cold, and barely touched hers. She said “I like warm noodles especially on a cold day” I tried to redirect her several times. You offered for us to take stuff from the buffet, so I packed the noodles and rice left on the 6year olds plate, and a few Chinese doughnuts (because how could anyone mess these up) so I tried one after I put the others in the box..and low and behold… yall managed to mess those up too… I’m not generally one to complain and try to get a discount or anything like that, I normally don’t even write reviews. I had to write a review here to simply warn people with tastebuds to HOPEFULLY save someone the time and money 😊 the Grand Buffett on the other side of town is significantly CHEAPER with a better selection of FRESH foods and better service.

Ordered for the first time tonight and will not order again. I am NOT trying to a get refund, just want to leave honest review of my $41 waste.

I ordered the coconut shrimp. As soon as I opened the container it smelled rotten, my wife also thought so but didn’t say anything to me thinking I wouldnt notice. I still tried to eat it but it was horrible. Broccoli was not good and was even disappointed by the rice somehow.

My wife had sesame chicken. And it was overall just bad flavor and overly breaded with little chicken. She didn’t even want to try her broccoli.

Also ordered a side of chicken for our child and it was the plainest most unappetizing boiled looking chicken I’ve ever seen.

How does this place have so many good reviews? I ordered the general chicken spicy and hot and sour soup. I couldn't even eat one spoonful of the so called soup. I ate about 6 pieces of the chicken but it was nasty. Hardly any sauce, not spicy at all, and the chicken tasted like it was fried in a dirty deep fryer. Chicken was overcooked and crunchy. Iam starting to feel sick just from the little bit I ate.
