As a 66 year old who grew up across the street from the Regina Bakery, I have always compared other bakery goods to the taste, texture and quality of Regina Bakery Products and have not found any that measure up. They make more than 125 products, Ordering by noon the day before will insure what you want is waiting for you, even if what's in the showcase is sold out. They have the largest selection of the finest quality Daily fresh baked goods (without preservatives), including Breads; Cakes; Cup Cakes; Coffee Cakes; Donuts; Danish Rolls; Cookies including his Famous Butter Cookies; Brownies, and other Seasonal Goodies available in Store and or by Order, produced by owner Tom Davis, who began in the bakery business there at age 13 and became Master Baker and owner more that 40 years ago, and presently serves as Board Member on Greater Cincinnati retail Baker's Association, Ohio Bakers Association, and the Midwest Culinary Institute pastry Advisory Board. Absolutely terrible service and overpriced, sub-par baked goods! I cannot remember being treated so poorly by a business. Run as far and fast as you can! I chose Regina bakery for my wedding cake,since a close family member happened to be a good friends with the owner. I was assured the exceedingly expensive cake would have the simple details i requested. (nothing elaborate, just buttercream frosting, and simple piping and monogram) What arrived at the reception resembled an unfinished, three-tiered "practice cake." Assuming the bakery just ran out of time to finish the cake, my family friend who referred me to Regina's called to request a partial refund for the unfinished work. The people at Regina's were so rude to her, and said there was nothing they could do to fix the issue at that point, and hung up!. Does anyone else remember the rectangular coffee cake pieces? They came in 2 flavors. Cinnamon and Butter. They would look like typical coffee cale slices with a cris cross pattern of icong cut into rectangular pieces. REGINA PLEASE BRING THESE BACK!!!
