I've always had a great experience here but the cashier Michelle I guess Church's training consist of being nice nasty to its customers. I been to the location in Opa Locka & the location on 79& 22 ave. For the 3 for 3$ deal & I've received it just like I wanted it whether it was all legs all thighs or 2 thighs & a leg or 2 legs & a thigh. This nice nasty cashier told me I couldn't get it that way so I had to order a 2pc mix with a side & drink that I didn't even want. Michelle the nice nasty cashier offered no condiments for my order. Gave me a biscuit that had to have been there from the moment they opened because it was hard as a rock then when I asked for honey mustard for my friends chicken bites meal she purchased I was told I had to pay for honey mustard. Whhaaatt??? Michelle the nice nasty cashier who trained you??? The order had 2 chicken bite dinners you offered no sauce at all try listening to the customer don't just hear what's being asked but listen first before you try to be nice nasty with a unfriendly demeanor that your service today was beyond trash... Church's needs to review this CASHIER'S TRAINING immediately. I always come here she's the worst cashier I've encountered... 💩💩💩💩💩💩💩💩💩💩💩💩💩I love this location but today's service from Michelle the nice nasty cashier HER NASTY DEMEANOR MADE THE 💩LIST & I COULD ONLY GIVE 2 STARS...
Read moreIf you’re looking for the ultimate chicken spot, look no further — this place absolutely nails it. From crispy fried classics to juicy grilled specialties, every dish is cooked with care, bold flavor, and serious attention to detail.
We started with the crispy chicken tenders, and wow — golden, crunchy, and perfectly seasoned with a side of tangy house-made dipping sauces (the honey sriracha and garlic ranch were standouts). Then came the Nashville hot chicken sandwich — juicy thigh meat, coated in a fiery, flavorful crust, balanced beautifully with pickles and creamy slaw on a toasted bun. It was spicy, messy, and absolutely perfect.
My dining partner ordered the rotisserie half chicken, and it was just as impressive — tender, herb-marinated meat with crispy skin, served with buttery mashed potatoes and roasted vegetables. Total comfort food, done right.
We paired everything with a couple of ice-cold lemonades and a side of loaded fries topped with cheese, chopped chicken, and a spicy aioli drizzle. And yes, we still made room for dessert — the buttermilk pie was creamy, sweet, and the ideal finish to such a hearty meal.
The vibe was casual and upbeat, with friendly staff and fast service. Whether you’re craving fried, grilled, spicy, or saucy, this place does chicken justice. Five stars,...
Read moreCustomer service is worst than mediocre and I would give 0 stars if I could. Went there on my lunch break and my drive thru cashier was Kyetaronda. I pulled up and told her that I had a 3pc coupon with mash potato and she told me no it’s 2pc, I said mam I have the coupon right here and before letting me finish she said with attitude ‘just come around’. Went to the window and showed her the coupon and she rang up the order and I ordered a small fry as well. I gave her my card and before I could tell her I want my chicken spicy she told me it was already made and spicy would be 30mins wait. This all happened in literally less than 3mins. I asked for a refund because I only like their spicy chicken and the manager came up and told me she was unable to refund all the order to my card, she could only refund the fry and she could only give me cash for the rest and I said ok I’ll take the cash. Before she could refund me one of the employees said spicy is ready (mind u this is less than the time they said) I said ok I’ll take it which I should’ve just took my refund but my break was almost up and I was hungry. Once I got to work and tasted it, the chicken was not spicy. I’ve yet to see my refund on my card but I will b...
