DONDE EL FLACO BURGER'S — Restaurant in Miami

Off the beaten path of 79th street lies an oasis of food and family. You walk up and find yourself in a land of picnic tables and tiki umbrellas nestled in a bumbling part of the city. Our destination was Donde El Flaco Burgers. Upon arriving I take the last review of Albertos menu and we decided on the Super El Flaco Burger and the Especial Burger. Up in the trailer window you see Alberto working away by himself with such precision and poise greeted with a big smile and I congratulated him with a fist bump for being coined as the best Burger in Miami and to come and try it for myself I asked this Chef to make the way he would like to eat it and BOY!!!!! Did it not disappoint it Slapped! The bamboo trays that held these mouth watering masterpieces of Meet, Chesse, Egg, onions among other things tantalizes the eyes when the variety of sauces and napkin roll that comes to our table. Alberto introduces the fritz sauces and his signature El Flaco sauce and your palette is ready to stamp your passport to a savory and delicious destination along with the natural juices housemade from Alberto in passion fruit and tamarind flavors perfect accompanienment to his burgers. The first thing I do is squeeze out his El Flaco sauce on his perfectly cooked, saseoned house cut french fries. I peeped the the hand held fry cutter in the window when ordering. That attention to detail and having the tools to execute is apprecated and admired. I openend my Burger and was greeted by a mountain of textures and heightend my senses to what waited for me inside this paradise between two buns. In true fashion I decorated my burger with the El flaco sauce, garlic and corn fritz sauces mixed in delicious stripes as if I was having a salchipapa so good Fam! That garlic sauce is Crack Y'all! I took my first bite and I was in "Heaven"...The beautfully flavored angus beef, grilled chicken, and the Tocino all beautifully crusted from being cooked on the plancha with the combo of sauces I went All HAM....I mean my burger was so juicy and the layers of flavor y'all I Mean its an experience you want to put on repeat..We will be coming back again and bringing our appetities with us "El Amor puede esperar, El Hambre No!!!" preach Alberto. Saw that the restaurant is rated with 5 stars so decided to give it a try. They have a fair variety, tried the DUO CLASSIC CARNE Y POLLO, it was delicious, but not sure if this five-star review is for the food alone or because of Mr. Alberto! He was absolutely amazing, very welcoming and wonderful, he made it an even better experience. If I ever come back to Miami I will definitely come again. And the tamarind juice was delicious as well. Donde El Flaco a officiellement placé la barre à un tout autre niveau. Je suis tombé sur ce joyau à Miami et je planifie déjà mon retour.

J'ai commandé le "Méga meat", et dès la première bouchée, j'étais conquis. Le steak était clairement du bœuf de haute qualité, cuit à la perfection avec une belle croûte juteuse. Il n'était ni sec ni trop cuit comme dans beaucoup d'autres endroits.

Autre de leurs points forts c'est l'attention portée aux détails. Le pain était parfaitement grillé, offrant l'équilibre idéal entre moelleux et ferme. Chaque élément du burger fonctionnait en parfaite harmonie, créant une symphonie de saveurs dans ma bouche. Il est clair que Alberto est passionné par ce qu'il fait.

Au-delà de la nourriture incroyable, le service était également excellent. Le personnel était amical, efficace et semblait sincèrement se soucier d'offrir une excellente expérience.
