Caleb, Gio, Patty, Toni, and Amanda and honestly the entire staff and team feel like a second family to me. Everyone is so warm and accommodating and the entire facility is so aesthetically pleasing and inviting. Everything from the decor, setup, music, and even the complimentary wine, tea, and coffee bar just lets you want to hang out here while you or your friends are having treatments done. The facility has back rooms for specific treatments but the main layout and setup is designed with an “open concept” which allows some treatments to be done out in the open. This is a great way see results and to discuss with other patrons their successes with products and treatments. It really creates a sense of community. Personally, I have had so much success with Skn Elements. I went from having horrible cystic acne to almost fully clear skin working with Patty for the last 4 years! Recently, Amanda helped me with my tirzepitide shots for weight loss (I went from 150 pds to 126.6 from March to July!) I teach dance for a living and consider myself extremely physically active as I work out regularly and eat very clean most of the time. But I want to enjoy my life and not feel bad about having the occasional indulgences and as I'm getting older (40 years old) My stubborn weight was not coming off. It was ruining my self-confidence….but the Team here helped me really consider this as a option! I did research around and I had the options to work with other doctors and places but I chose to do it at Skn Elements because I knew they would take care of me and make me feel supported and safe every step of the way! When I was prepping for my wedding, They helped me get “wedding day ready” with their Glow 2 facial! When I was on the fence of trying Botox/Letybo for the first time, they helped ease my anxiety and I couldn’t be happier with the results.

let me just start by saying if I could give this place 20 stars I would 😅 I have been coming to SKN Elements since I moved to miami nearly 4 years ago and even though i recently moved an hour away I will never switch to a different med spa lol. almost daily I get compliments on how my skin looks and I then explain the reason is because i religiously come to this place 1-2x a month. I love every staff member-each one is super talented and professional. they all work together and truthfully i do not know HOW they have completely rehabbed my face from multiple mishaps and issues such as a chemical burns, hormonal break outs, hyperpigmentation, just to name a few. to be completely honest i should have permanent damage from some of the crazyyy stuff i did to my skin… one fun example is mistaking NAIL GLUE for face glue to put rhinestone gems on my face for a festival in the middle east in the desert sun for 24 hours….the outcome was 3rd degree burns on multiple parts of my face 🙃🤪 i was so upset and sent pictures from abroad for advice and right when i arrived back home they got to work. Caleb + team completely saved my face from potentially irreversible scarring-no lasers, no machines….the wild part is that my face looks even better than before it happened 😂 i considered including before and after pics on this post but the story is embarrassing enough lol. I recently decided to quit lash extensions and grow my own lashes so I gave Lash Boost a try. After 2 months on Lash Boost they were getting nice and long but they were growing straight out. I decided a lash lift was what I needed, but I wanted to be on the safe side so I called Caleb and asked if he thought it was safe for me to get a lash lift if I was on the Lash Boost treatment. He told me "yes", so I booked myself a lash lift and tint with his esthetician Sonny. The moment I left the salon I knew something was a little funky about my right eye but I was overall happy with the curl and darkness of the tint so I didn't think much about it. The next morning, however, was a different story, My eyelashes were crimped and crazy and growing in all different directions, a few days later the lashes started to fall from my right eye. I have been back and forth with Caleb about what could've happened and what his suggestions were to fix the issue but the bottom line is that I've spent over $170 on Lash Boost and $100 on the lash lift and tint and I am sitting here writing this review, with jacked up lashes, 3 months later. I was offered a refund in the beginning but when I finally called to claim the refund I was told by his assistant that it was too late. She offered me a spa credit but at this point, I just want my money back and to be done with the...
