I tried to take a star away due to not having the truck situated on a better street, but the food was so good that I would not mind getting stabbed while eating one of those samosas. Just kidding!! it wasn't that bad, I been to worse neighborhoods. That's how I feel about the location/ "ambience" of the place.
Now let's talk food. Indian restaurant with bad food is a disaster and I have experienced many such disasters in different parts of the country. Which keeps me on the hunt for the best Indian food joint anywhere I go. But I think I just might have found the one.
Listen!! Mira!! This is the closest you get to Authentic Indian food. Remember, Indian food varies every 100 miles when you are in India. But what this food truck is doing, is actual justice to the Indian recipes , the way they closely resemble back home. They might not be perfect, but I can tell you they are the best I have ever tasted in America.
If you are not a native to India and are used to eating Indian food which has been customized to suit the American palate (I don't blame the restaurants who do that, they have to stay in business), this is your opportunity to really taste what Indian food tastes like.
I am going to repeat myself, not all Indian folks will agree with my review, cas as I said before, food changes every 100 miles when you are in India, but this by far the best I have ever had. I was not expecting this to come from an Indian Food Truck. Because food truck's are supposed to be quick turn around food option...Indian food takes a minute to be served on a plate, that's why I never expected an Indian Food Truck to be this good...heck!! I never expected an Indian food truck serving sit down like dishes and they were relatively quick too.
I am local to Florida, but not Miami!! I promise to come here every time I...
Read moreThe guys running this food truck know how to cook Indian food. The food is prepared to order so expect a 20-30 minute lead time and call ahead. My only issue is they are really difficult to understand with their fast speech and heavy accent. A photo menu of every item with descriptions would be very helpful. I've ordered many different items from the menu, several I didn't know what they were, all were delicious.
If you know Indian food, call, order, pickup, and enjoy. The prices are good and the portions are healthy. Make sure you know the location, the signage on their truck is almost impossible to see as you pass it.
With the pandemic, you'll appreciate the touchless experience with your credit...
Read moreWent to this food truck last night. I ordered a large variety of items and the food was ok. One thing that really turned me off was the customer service. The second I got out of my car the short indian guy with glasses started yelling in my direction asking if I had ordered and that I needed to pay this minute mind you I had not even closed my car door... Then when I get to the truck I was being rushed to pay. He then tells me that they close at 9:30pm. I told him this is my first time here and that on HIS website it says they are open till 11:00pm. He doesn't udder a word. I then tell him even on Yelp it says 11:00pm. Hopefully this customer...
