I previously submitted a detailed review outlining my concerns, and nothing was addressed. I even reached out via email to corporate, and, unsurprisingly, received no response.
Itâs clear that customer service issues at this location are not a priority. The only way things might change is if we, as customers, collectively stop supporting this particular location. I strongly recommend going to the Popeyes at 15th Avenue and NW 20th Street instead. The service there is significantly better, and they even have the General Managerâs contact info posted. The employees at that branch actually care and provide great service.

The girl said something to me that I couldn't understand. I had her repeat it 3 times before I realized she said they didn't have spicy chicken and did I want it now. I thought this was going to become one of those who's on first things. I finally understood she was asking if I wanted chicken now it would have to be mild. I would have to wait 15 min until the spicy was ready. I was not to be deterred so I ordered spicy, paid and pulled over to the side to wait.
This Popeyes was not busy inside or the drive through. I ended up waiting almost 30 min and she wasn't sure she had the order right. No problem all was good and I pulled the bag in through the window. Man, the first thing you could smell was some old grease. I was hungry so I rushed home. When I opened that bag the smell of old grease hit me full on. I should of asked when they change the grease so I could order then. The chicken looked burned but was still moist and the cajun fries suffered from the same aged grease. It had a little spice but not what I've had before. Maybe the dryer? Who knows. But I know I won't be stopping there...
