I truly appreciate the extra care you took with the vanilla gluten-free top tier, suggesting a board between the layers to prevent any cross-contamination. Woke up and had her pulled pork this morning as a breakfast sandwich (no eggs). I guess I was dreaming about it last night after I had some for dinner. I like it. I really, really like it. Great value (just $8 for a jam packed container) and so far I'm on my 5th meal made from this flavorful pork. Thanks! I will be back next week at the Stone Harbor Farmer's Market....
