I’ve given this Marco’s Pizza location multiple chances, but I’m beyond disappointed with my recent experiences. The first time, my pizza wasn’t made the way I ordered it—simple enough to address, right? Wrong. The following week, I decided to give them another shot. I even went out of my way to explain my previous issues and emphasized how important it was for my order to be made correctly this time.
I asked for garlic oil on my pizza, and while the employee warned me it might seep through the box, I never expected what happened next. When I got home, the pizza was completely drenched in oil—so much so that it leaked out, soaked through the box, and drenched my car seat (Couldn't believe how much oil! Insane!). It was an absurd amount of oil, almost as if it was done intentionally. Considering I had just mentioned my dissatisfaction from the previous order, it felt like a petty, deliberate act.
This isn’t just poor service—it’s outright disrespectful to a paying, loyal customer. I’m not one to complain, but I’ve had enough to even consider visiting this location ever again. A little accountability and effort go a long way, and clearly, this location doesn’t care...

I arrived after my 15 min wait and notified store I was there for curbside pickup. After waiting in my vehicle for 35 minutes I decided to go inside to get an ETA. Went inside and they asked my name and after I told them they asked my why I did not come in sooner that my order had been ready for 30 minutes and that they do not deliver to curbside pickup when they are busy. I was not happy 😕 the only thing I expect is that they follow through with what was promised which was bringing my order to my vehicle as the Marco's app said would happen 🤔 Never to return very very disappointed. Read moreI Definitely would of givin more stars but after tonight and once before I will no longer be ordering from here. The delivery driver knows I order no contact. And she refuses to stop pounding at my door and calling. And once I open the door she keeps pushing her phone to be signed and requesting a tip.she also puts her foot in my door ... They do not need a signature. But she uses that as an excuse to get more tip. This has happened twice and it's so uncomfortable. She claims she doesn't know it's no contact but twice I've shown her phone to her where it's stated in bold writing no contact!...
