It's a shame to give this place even one star. My coworker went out to get lunch for us today. I ordered a BLT add onions cheese and with mayo. What I got was a wrap with bacon cheese and onion. I called the store to ask for a refund or a replacement as I had assumed that a Bacon Lettuce and Tomato wrap would include those things. She told me no that it was impossible to replace or refund me because that was what I had ordered. After I asked to talk to a manager she said there wasn't one there but she was basically one because she worked there a lot and then hung up on me. I called again and she said there was nothing that could be done and as I asked for the managers name she hung up on me again in mid sentence. I called again to no answer a couple more times and gave up. I don't think that my assumption that a bacon lettuce and tomato sandwich would have bacon lettuce and tomato on it is irrational and I don't think that asking for my sandwich to be replaced or refunded is asking that much. I work in customer service and the goal is always to resolve situations like this by making it right with the customer. Im not a karen and I'm not a complainer but this whole experience has made me really angry. If this person is indeed some kind of management or shift lead they need some serious retraining. This store has definately lost a customer and if this is the way that this would be handled at any other subway than this company had lost a customer. I know it's only $10 and it's only a sandwich but it's really a lot more than that. It isn't that she COULDN'T help me it was that she WOULDN'T help me. Why would you not want your customers to be happy? Why would you not want your customers to come back? My day had been soured by this experience and my opinion of subway has really diminished. They also have protein bowls and salads that give fairly yummy gluten free options (mind you, good chance of unintentional cross contamination but that's true for most restaurants).
