Worst customer service ever. Very rude and disrespectful. I ordered my food and I noticed that the cooks weren’t wearing masks. I asked for a refund and she said she don’t give refunds. Then she asked me why. I said your cooks don’t have on masks 😷 and one of them has coughed a few times. I stated that my uncle died a few weeks ago due to Covid and this makes me nervous. I would like a refund. She then got upset with me and stated that masks are for people coming into the restaurant and that they don’t have to wear masks. I said really, well please give me my refund and I will leave. She said no, we have you food and they don’t have to wear mask. I again said ma’am, my uncle died due to this illness. As I was saying that she threw her hand up in my face from behind the glass and over talked me. Saying that she don’t care and that they don’t have to to wear masks. I was really upset at this point but I kept it together and just asked for my refund. She couldn’t put it back on the card but she gave me cash and tried to short change me. As she was getting my cash. I said ma’am, how are you upset with me because I am trying to look out for my health? She cursed me out and told me not to ever come back. Then she no doubt started talking about me in Chinese to the cooks. I don’t understand Chinese but I understand bad, aggressive language no matter what you are speaking. That’s fine. I won’t. This was one of the most unprofessional experiences that I have even been witness to. They definitely will get no more of my money ans I hope others pay attention to the people who are cooking their food and could possibly be putting their health...
Read moreOrdered in person and one of our orders was 'extra spicy general tsos with pork fried rice and no vegetables at all'. brought our food home, 25 minutes away, to find out that it had vegetables in it. called them to ask for a refund because it couldn't be eaten due to the vegetables being throughout the meal. upon calling the woman argued with me for about 3 minutes saying that I told her no vegetables in the rice. No, actually, I said no vegetables AT ALL. She then told me she can't refund for the meal until we drive the meal 25 minutes back to the restaurant tomorrow.😑 next time we're in the area we'll just go to Sakura considering they don't argue with their customers about their orders nor make them drive it back to get a refund if they were to mess up the order.
