Kumo Sushi Ramen — Restaurant in Middlesex Township

This was my first visit, and I was happy with the service, the food, and the overall atmosphere. There were three staff members visible during my meal, and they were all friendly and helpful as they smiled frequently and were responsive and prompt in serving all customers. My food was prepared fresh, served quickly at the appropriate temperatures, and it was all very tasty. I ordered a salmon avocado roll that was visually appealing and presented on a beautiful, small, leaf-shaped plate. My salad greens were crisp, and there was an adequate amount of dressing on it. I was given a bonus crab roll that was flavorful. My main dish was a Japanese curry with fried chicken breast and white rice. The chicken was pleasantly crispy and tender, and the curry was unique enough to be distinctive from Indian curries I've had while still being familiar and enjoyable. The dining area was clean with an uncluttered decor. Suitable music played and was loud enough to keep the space from echoing without being intrusive. Definitely recommend...

Tried this place for the first time the other day. I ordered the chicken hibachi with fried rice and vegetables. It was absolutely DELICIOUS!! I usually have leftovers, but it was so good I ate all of it in one sitting. I had a moment of silence for the empty container as I was full, but sad it was gone. The portion size was so filling I took the best nap afterwards. I took a menu to circle the items I want to try in my upcoming visits. I will definitely be back!! The place was spotless.
