Napoli Pizza — Restaurant in Middlesex Township

I’m an award winning chef and let me tell you, this is the best sauce I’ve ever had, the customer service is spectacular, Job Well Done to Andrew who is a Star in their front of the house relations, as soon as we entered we Heard Him greeting everyone with the friendliest, warmest welcome and great suggestions, He was phenomenal and recommended the meat lovers pizza, as well as the two-piece and drink special which was enough food to keep you full all day, This is such a special place with the best pizza I’ve had in ages, take my advice, Go Here, You’ll Love Love Love it!

Living In Lititz, PA, I can say it’s only an hour away and well worth the drive, I’ll be making the trip back for the Best Pizza, and Exceptional customer service around, the owners and staff Here have so much to be proud of, We we’re in town for the Dodge / Chrysler Nationals, They couldn’t have been more welcoming, they stay busy also because everyone knows out of all the pizza places around, This is the Absolute Best! You can’t go wrong Here! They also make several different kinds of pizza so there’s something for everyone as well as a menu full of other options for every appetite! Can’t wait to return!!!!

I had called this establishment numerous times to ask questions about a large catering order that I wanted to place. Unfortunately, every single time that I called, I was told they were too busy and to call at another time, It’s unfortunate because I was looking to spend at least a thousand for catering. I am having a wedding with a 175 people and I wanted to order pizzas and pastas and bread, It’s extremely unfortunate. I would not recommend this place for any sort of catering as it seems like they are too busy to take any sort of phone calls for questions.

Edit: I see the owner has replied and said I only called them once, but that is false information. My wedding planner also called them multiple times the day before and the Friday before that telling us to call back at different times during the day. I thought I would give it a try, and I called them once yesterday about an hour after opening since my wedding planner had called them at numerous times the day before I thought maybe in the morning would be a better time for them. Being told to call back I figured I would just try somewhere else. No hard feelings I just would not recommend this place...

Courteous staff that welcomed me as soon as I walked in. The actual worker that helped me was even more so and was all smiles and very helpful. This same person made me a calzone with pepperoni, sausage and mushroom that was the best I have ever eaten in my entire life.

Top notch ingredients, dishes and an awesome staff! This is what makes a restaurant great. I'm a truck driver so, sadly, cant frequent this place as much as I would like but, the next time I'm in town, you better believe I will be coming back with an empty gurgling and rumbling stomach!

Update: I go back consistently when I'm in town. Maybe 5 times since my review and always order the same thing. All the times have been perfect. This last time though, the same guy made it for me and it had way less pepperoni, maybe 3 slices and the sausage was basically scraps. Like cooked sausage ground down in a food processor and then sprinkled inside the calzone. Very little mushroom. I sadly wont be coming back here again. ...
