Porfirio's Pizza And Pasta II — Restaurant in Middletown Township

So honestly I would probably give them one star for the most recent experiences (the last 6 months). I've continued to give them chances because their food is generally good.

I ordered a pizza, fries, and a 2 liter Sunday 11/24/19 at 12:12pm. A 1:28pm I called to see what was going on and was told the driver just left. Okay, I know sometimes they take a bit to deliever but I was dealing with a hangry almost 2 year old. I gave them until 2pm and was going to call again (almost 2 hours!). At this point I received a call from Hair Cuttery. I was informed that my order was given to them due to mozzerella sticks being missing. They gave my pizza and fries that my screaming almost 2 year old is meltdowning over! Not only that they left the paperwork with MY NAME, my phone number, and address on the food items! At this point it was past 2 hours of waiting so I called them back again and was informed that the driver JUST left with my order. I don't want said order after 2 hours and finding out that it was GIVEN AWAY to someone else over mozzarella sticks. I explained that I don't want it. No apology, nothing. ’ve been to this restaurant many times and have spent enough money here to expect decent treatment, but what happened today was completely unacceptable and disrespectful.

I ordered a plain cheeseburger with waffle fries, which came to $15. As you can see in the photo I provided, I wasn’t given actual waffle fries—just the broken “bottom-of-the-bag” scraps. Not a single whole fry.

When I called to address the issue, the cook who prepared my order hung up on me mid-sentence. I then called back! He then started speaking Spanish with the owner (which I understand fluently), only to tell me the owner was unavailable—even though I had just seen him there, and he was the one who took my order. I later called the Bristol location to follow up, but since they’re under different ownership, the kind gentleman there wasn’t able to help.

When I returned to the restaurant with the food, no one apologized. Instead, I was met with stares while the same man crushed the styrofoam container in front of me as if to dismiss the entire situation.

This experience was not only disappointing but also highly unprofessional. After today, I will never be returning—and honestly, I would advise others...

Please don’t order here. It’s really too good to share with you people. You don’t deserve it. Seriously though, homerun. Best all around Levittown pizza joint. And the paninis are off the chain. I have ordered like ten times in the past 12 months expecting them to mess something up because a lot of the food has multiple little touches. Flavors too complicated sometimes, especially compared to most of the other pizza places around here. And sadly, they refuse to fail me. Complaints include: this one time, a driver made a mistake with my order on a busy Friday night and instead delivering me the food that was made for me, they made it fresh and delivered it raging hot within ten minutes of me calling to complain. I once ordered a broccoli rabe here that was only 7 out of 10 but the rest were like 18 out of ten. And had a horrible pizza someone made a Terrible mistake on and THAT WAS STILL A 7.5. And the buttered sauce boneless wings are just plain weird but now I find myself daydreaming about putting butter on everyone else’s wings. Seriously, just double the prices. We will pay it...
