Bush’s Chicken — Restaurant in Midland

Do you enjoy fast food so much it’s becoming an issue?? Well here’s where you can break that habit! If you order here 10 times, your food will be food-like 2 of them. Cold fries?! CHECK!! Cold, obviously stale chicken with the texture of a urinal cake?! CHECK! Gravy so old even it’s chunks have chunks?? YOU BET! Rolls that have been sitting out so long, their ingredients are actually separating back into their original forms, remember that McDonald’s meal that never decomposed? Oh, and my favorite is when you order spicy dust and they completely ignore you, then tell you “it’s in the box” even though it’s not. The only reason they got 2 stars is because the kids working the drive through are hustlers. They walk with a purpose (or run) and get everyone through the line quickly. I was on my back to Ozona Texas from Midland Tx about 8 pm , this was my first experience at the drive through part at Bush' s Chicken . As I entered the drive through area I noticed a car in front of me and an employee going back inside through a door , my first reaction was " Great now some boy is talking to his girlfriend who works here !" I was sure wrong to my surprise a young lady walked uptown my car greeted me and asked if she could take my order so i told her what i wanted and without pen and paper she gave me the exact price . Wow i said you know how much it is to? She smiled and replied " Yes Sir !" Car shops at a chicken place is very rare unless its Chick Fila but this is by far better ! I stopped earlier this week to pick up a 10 piece family meal. 29.00 and change. I admit chicken was delicious and fresh tasting but dang the price was way off scale. I guess I haven't eat chicken in a long time and forgot that I use to deliver chicken to restaurants. Never seen prices so high.Service was great and speed of order.
