It's a small little trailer but don't let it fool you. First the way the owner and her husband greets you is a warm welcome as if you have been friends for years. Before placing our order they served us the Cuban coffee. The colada brewed just right with the perfect amount of sweetness. This is a must get and don't pass it up. Then now to the empanadas that have guava and cheese is the perfect dessert or pairs perfect with the colada. The pork sandwich hot or cold is full of flavor. I like it cold specially on a hot day it is a refreshing sandwich. The beef with onions paired with the rice witch is mixed with black beans is flavors dancing on your tongue flavor. The sweet plantains and the cabbage salad compliments the steak and rice. If you are a truck driver and want good home cooked food at a great price you have to stop in or if you are just passing through place stop and support this Wife and husband team. My wife and I will make this a stop for sure for good food. Thank you for this good food and warm welcome.

Its been 4 months since the last post. So we came back to get some more food. We will start with the fish sandwich. It had a nice crispy texture and not an o er powering fish taste. The fish was not dry at all and its was flaky. Must try the fish if you like fish. Now the chicken. It hit on all levels of taste and texture. Nice crispy outside as the inside was still juicy. Can't go wrong with the black rice with beans. The plantains is a must for a side to compliment everything else. And no they weren't the sweet ones. Please stop here and get some food...

The yucca fries are so good. Fish sandwich was perfectly cooked and crispy. She's such a good cook. Everything was well made...
