We came late last night, as we were just coming back into town and were hungry. When we got there we went through drive, thinking it would be faster. We waited 20 minutes just to order, then had to wait an additional 30 minutes just to get the food. They pulled us all up past the drive through window once we got our drinks for us to wait. When we got the food, I asked for Buffalo and Ranch because we had ordered at the window and they didn’t put it in the bag. The guy who brought it out threw the food through our car window, and when I asked he interrupted me and said “there’s ketchup in the bag” with an attitude and walked away. I ended up having to go inside to get the sauce, which I had to pay for again because they never added it to our ticket. Once I ordered the sauce, the guy at the inside register walked away and handed out four or five more orders before going to the back to get my sauce. When he finally brought it out to me he shoved it into my hands like he was annoyed that I was still there and he wanted to get rid of me. Florentino N was the one cashing me out for the sauce, and I’ve never been more blatantly disrespected and ignored in my life. When we finally got home to eat, the fries weren’t even done cooking and half of them were literally just raw chunks of potato while the others were soggy and cold. Complete waste of time, money, and energy when we were already exhausted from driving into town at 3 am. Read moreI placed an order for my office 06/02/2023- I ordered the 10 burger box with (2) family fries, as well as, a bacon cheeseburger meal for myself. I sent one of my employees to pick up the food. The manager assisted him when he arrived to pick up the food. He was told everything was there, as the manager helped him carry everything to the vehicle. Our location is about 30 minutes from this Whataburger. When he returned I saw that the meal was missing. I had him call this Whataburger and spoke with this manager, who insisted that the meal was there. But said that they would remake it and he could come back and get it. My employee asked if there was any way that they could arrange for delivery because of the distance and he said NO!! We did not have the time to all of the way back over there....so.... I called the location to receive a credit for the meal and when the phone was answered, a female answer with "Hello". I said Hello? She asked if I speak Spanish and I said no, is this Whataburger? She said yes and told me that I need to speak Spanish. Again, I told her no and she hung up on me. I attempted to call back and no one answered??? Terrible, terrible service!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I reached out to Whataburger corporate and still have received no response.
